Please allow us to clarify that our housekeeping service is scheduled three times a week, either on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. We regret the oversight in not replenishing the soap, shampoo, coffee, and tea during your stay. This matter has been duly noted and communicated to our housekeeping team to ensure greater attentiveness moving forward.Kindly note that our service does not include the washing of plates and glasses.
