The hygiene is very bad with no complete basic needs like hair dryer. Can found stain and hair on the bedsheet. The carpet in the room looks filthy. Can found dust

Kesan pertama masuk ke hotel, gelap dan kusam. Lift nya sangat kuno, harus ditekan terus untuk sampai ke lantai tujuan. Uji kelayakan lift pun ternyata sudah habis masa berlakunya, terakhir tahun 2023. Pintu kamar sulit untuk dibuka kuncinya dan didepan kamar terdapat ember yang menampung bocoran air dari atas. Begitu masuk kamar, tercium bau lembab dan samar2 bau sampah. Kamar terlihat sangat berbeda dengan yang ditawarkan di website. Masuk ke kamar mandi tidak tersedia tissue dan lantai kamar mandi selalu terdapat genangan air padahal kamar mandi tidak habis digunakan. Resepsionis sangat jarang standby di hotel ini, sehingga jika ada masalah sangat sulit untuk komplain. Hari ke 2 di hotel ini masih seperti mimpi buruk, karena begitu kami kembali ke hotel, air mineral tidak ditambah dan bau busuk bertambah, ternyata bau busuk berasal dari sampah tamu sebelumnya yang tidak dibuang. Sampah itu kami temukan begitu kami membuka laci lemari paling bawah. Bayangkan betapa mualnya begitu membuka laci lemari tsb. Sprei kamar seperti tidak pernah diganti dari tamu sebelumnya, karena masih terlihat kotor. Sehingga kesan kami adalah hotel ini sangat kotor, bau, bocor dimana2, petugas kurang ramah dan tidak ada rasa aman selama menginap. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk menginap disini. Liburan yang harusnya menyenangkan, menjadi tidak menyenangkan untuk kembali beristirahat di hotel ini pada malamnya.

Not too clean in general… there’s stains and bugs in the room!

Had an unpleasant stay resulting to us checking out early. The whole vibe of the hotel when we walked in was our first red flag. The lobby seemed like they were going for some sort of 'hip' or upbeat style I supposed with alot of random things lying everywhere but they were playing calming massage music in the background which did not fit the whole theme at all. Gave a messy look to the lobby. When we were walking up to our room, Junior suite 209, there was a pushcart of cleaning supplies in the plain sight accompanied by what seems to be wedding decorations or some sort. We weren't even sure if that was supposed to be part of the hotel decor or we were looking at their storage area. We. thought we booked a queen sized bed but when we walked in, it was two singled sized mattresses on the floor placed together side by side. The whole room gave a 'hostel' vibe. Booked the room also for the bathtub but the quality of the bathtub seemed like they bought it from shopee or daobao. There was no plug for the drainage and they provided with a make shift cover. There were stains in the bathtub. The aircon also had a leakage that leaked onto the wall leaving a yellow stain. Wanted to switch off the lights to avoid looking at it but the touch screen switch not working. Checked out early because sleeping in our own bedroom is definitely more comfortable than this.

I was quite surprised as the room condition was really run down. There was a tear along the towel, the bathtub was not clean, the chair was in a bad condition. I was given a room with a projector which was not what i booked for. I tried to change the booking date as my partner was unable to make it on the day. I find that the receptionist was rude when I informed them that my partner may not be able to join me and the reply i received was "even better if he can't make it". I checked out earlier than the check-out time.
