每次國內假期都會帶孩子到新加坡，每次都會住這裏，出門搭地鐵很方便，周邊吃飯的選擇也很多，房間面積夠大，除了老舊了點，其他都很好

有一説一，房間老舊，但是能接受。目前在裝修噪音巨大所以房價便宜。地點非常好就在烏節路，房間廚房有螞蟻，空調聲音巨大。。開着沒辦法睡覺。另外打掃衞生的華人老阿姨非常傲嬌，我們要求一個小時後來打掃，就直接給你一句那我不來了。。。必須要治這些人。

這家酒店設施陳舊、裝修陳舊，除了位置好，好像沒有其他亮點了。逛街烏節路是真心方便，對面就是313，313樓下有個非常大的日本超市，壽司，魚生很新鮮，各種日本食品，應有盡有。房間有螞蟻🐜，不能放任何吃的東西。電梯等候超級慢，有些房型卧室沒有窗户，預訂之前一定和酒店確認好，給我分配的就是這個房型，第二天要求換去採光好、有窗的房型了。10樓（頂樓）窗户很小，建議住9樓，最近酒店樓下商場在裝修，白天有時候會有噪音，晚上下班停工。游泳池和健身房也很小。

Service response is good!! Maintenance Teams are good and repair service is timely. Cleaning service is also good. Just that from common room can hear the sounds from night club.

bathroom shower water pressure not enough, since it is a serviced apartment they are using water heater. When bathing hot water need to wait a while. No rice cooker, plates not enough for cooking but the room was big since i booked 3 bedrooms type

Awesome location, the receptionists were pleasant, the friendly and helpful house-keeping staff kept the apartment clean and nice. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay overall.

我們在 Orchard Point SA 度過了 30 天的愉快時光。這對我們來說真是一次難忘的旅行。工作人員很友好，我們真的有賓至如歸的感覺。我們的寶寶也很喜歡他們的兒童房。飯店式公寓的位置也非常優越。雖然正在進行裝修，但幸運的是，即使我丈夫大部分時間都在房間裡工作，它也沒有太打擾我們。哦，房間相當寬敞！
