入住时间，退房时间不合理，晚上9点以后入住，早上8点要退房，地板很脏，充電插口也是壞，服務也不好

我是當天17:35到達酒店，大約21:42在服務枱辦入住。但是，我看到給我的507房間是很小的，我預訂的是大房間，就請服務枱一位馬來西亞小姐更換，她説我付的錢很少，衹能住小房間。在討論了差不多40分鐘以後，她給我大房間517房間的鑰匙。但是，517房間的門鎖是壞的，不用房間卡就可以打開門。我就又回到2層服務枱，請求更換房間。然後，我拿到了317房間的鑰匙，在4月7號00:40經歷了三個小時才搬運好行李進入房間。從我第一次請求入住我付錢的大房間，一共經歷了3個小時的痛苦經歷。這位馬來西亞小姐的服務特別不好，她罵我，用手指指向我的鼻子和麪部，她用手握住我的手腕，推我，讓我滾回中國。酒店經理説是平台弄錯了房間的照片，他們已經免費給我升級了。後來，我在房間裏我的心臟和頭部都很疼不過，我希望他們可以幫我看醫生。然後，這位馬來西亞小姐和經理説我是***，説我在撒謊在威脅他們。後來，我在4月7日早上大約8:20離開，我希望嚴格懲罰這家酒店

Great stay in AMRISE HOTEL KITCHENER. Much appreciated for the hotel offered me a tatami design room with a very good price. The room is clean and spacious enough for me to repack my luggage.

Bad experience as first night aircon break down and we have to change a room. Rooms are very small. And after change room, the aircon auto turn off by itself after 8-10 hours use. So slept till midnight may have to wake up turn on again. Other than that due to change of flight we need to extend till evening. So spoke to an operator, they mislead us if extend till 6pm have to pay sgd100++. So when we said if this is the case, might as well we purchase one more day. So we proceed to pay for one more day in trip.com. After that we bring the booking to front desk and expect them to continue but end up they say cannot. After negotiating we paid cash sgd80. So we ask them to cancel our booking on trip.com. They say cannot cancel and refund. Ask us to contact platform. And we did but platform said, that depend on the hotel side. Pushing responsibility. So basically we suppose to check out at 12pm and we extend till 6pm. We total paid sgd152. Horrible as their front desk don’t speak well English. And their conversations are so misleading. In Singapore I strongly believe paying this price can get some hotel which rooms are bigger and won’t have aircon issue. It’s so irritating when sleep half way. Aircon dead and u have to wake up and switch on again and also the hotel next to roadside. The car honk loud enough to wake u up any point of time. I don’t recommend this hotel. And whole hotel have kind of old building smell. Really turn peoples off.

飯店靠近捷運，很方便，房間很大，很乾淨，價格也不貴，還行，滿意，下次還會再訂

The hotel is just a short walk from Farrer Park MRT, making it very convenient. There are plenty of 24-hour eateries nearby, which is a big plus. The front desk staff was friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which showed great hospitality. The room was clean, and overall, it was a great experience for the price paid.

Room cleanliness can be improved, many stuff left in the hallway too which blocks the path for proper walking but overall for the price no complaints

第二次住在這裡。這次住的房間比第一次好，至少有熱水洗澡。 只是這次房間裡沒有吹風機。幸好這次帶了自己的吹風機

房間又髒又臭。還有一隻蟑螂。

服務很糟糕。被告知房間已經提前準備好了，但提前入住需要額外支付 20 美元。
