飯店各方面都很專業，不愧是四顆星。專業和多語言的歡迎。非常乾淨的房間和美味的早餐。酒吧庫存豐富，服務無可挑剔。唯一的缺點：令人驚訝的是必須支付 12 歐元/晚的停車費！！！！！！

The hotel was totally renovated so everythimg is new . Unfortunatelly, someone did not think all the way, why the single matresses in all rooms? And not to speak about the fact that the matresses are extremely soft, there is no support to the back, I could not sleep all night long, also my husband. They could at least offer a topper, the bed is terrible. Also, in bathroom, the water will invade the floor all over in the moment you take a shower, they could think to put a door or at least to make a slope in order to keep the water inside. Such a pitty! Beacuse the hotel is beautiful, and it could be perfect. Restsurants are satisfactory but the bar is just perfect, very pleasant place with a perfect service.

From the welcoming reception with a glass of champaigne at the check-in to the attentive service across all facilities, the staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt valued and cared for.
