Ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de la isla, es céntrico a las playas más exclusivas y hermosas del lugar, tienes todo lo que necesitas para una estancia plena y placentera, sin duda me quedaría muchas más veces con ellos

The hotel is in good condition. Nice. Can't complain. Only thing the electicity was gone for a few hours in st maarten and the hotel has no generator. So we couldn't access our rooms.

STAY AWAY!!! This place may look modern and clean online, however, in reality it is the exact opposite! Upon arrival we were given a room and everything seemed normal, that changed quickly. First, the safe in the room was not working then that became the least of our worries because the bathroom flooded! After traveling all morning we wanted to refresh ourselves but that caused a huge problem. Apparently you can’t throw toilet paper in the toilet, we did not know this was a thing, the entire bathroom floor was filled with water and pouring out into the bedroom. We alerted the front desk to which they responded with they don’t have anyone to clean and proceeded to hand us a mop and bucket to clean the water. After some back and forth they agreed to let us change rooms. We received a room on the top floor of the hotel and left to go about our day. When we returned in the night time we showered but the water was very low pressure. The next morning when we woke up we tried to shower and brush our teeth but mid shower the water started to slow down then there was absolutely no water!!!! We alerted the front desk once again and they said there had been issues with water on that floor so we were allowed to use a room on the ground floor to shower. Again, we left the hotel for the day after this and did not arrive until later that night. We were hoping that we would get to shower properly that night in our room but the same thing happened!! No water!! We again told the front desk and again we had to use another room. In the morning it was the final straw! We woke up and there was absolutely no water, not even a drip so we told the manager of the hotel. While in the lobby there seemed to be many other guests walking around with their towels asking what happened to the water. I simply could not take it anymore and had to leave the hotel!!

The rooms and services were not as advertised at all. We booked a superior sea view room, but the room we received looked out into a parking lot. After asking for a better view, they moved us into a standard lagoon view room that was even worse. All of this despite the hotel being virtually empty. On top of this, we were overcharged for the room. Although the hotel looks new, it is poorly constructed. The fixtures and finishings are installed wrong. We asked them to book us a taxi to the airport in the morning, but they got the time wrong and so we were late getting to our flights.

Chambre juste pour dormir Climatisation bruyante au point de se réveiller avec des maux de tête Quand vous allumez la lumière de la salle de bain se déclenche également un aérateur qui fait un bruit horrible Deux chaînes fonctionnent à peu près correctement Sur les 4 jours de mon séjour le ménage a été fait une seule fois Je retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel

Ascenseur en panne pendant 3 jours. Pas de PDJ sur place. Pas de ménage tous les jours, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Jeune femme à la réception, plus intéressée par ses ongles et par son téléphone que par les clients. Chambre correcte, mais il manque un petit réfrigérateur.

Pas content du séjour, à 21h la chambre n’était toujours pas prete

Hôtel très bien situé, avec un personnel des plus agréables pour la plupart. Le quartier est très calme et les chambres sont bien disposées et très propres.
