藍寶石海灘俱樂部度假飯店(Sapphire Beach Club Resort)

On a la chambre trop tard, je suis arrivé à 8h20 pour avoir la chambre à partir de 16h , on quitte la chambre à 11h alors que mon vol est à 19h50 et si on veut un départ tardif c'est 50 dollars pour un départ à 15h maximum.

Week-end en famille, petit moment d’évasion tranquille. Dommage que le Jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avions eu un bruit dans notre chambre , ils ont été réactif et ont nous a changé de chambre

Il y a un effort à faire à la réception pour les clients français certains circuits électriques ne fonctionnaient pas

Overall, the location was great for my wife and I. Very quiet and lowkey, however that came at a price as the facility itself is in need of some TLC. Very outdated property with so much potential. We did not spend much time in the resort, but we encountered several issues. Our safe needed to be replaced, our air conditioner was not very cool considering how hot it was there, and lastly we had a very loud refrigerator. The parking was also a bit difficult as it was first come, first serve, with limited space. While I mentioned some things that would deter someone from staying, I implore you to not allow that to be the case because the location is great and the staff was pleasant.

Always a perfect welcome, a lovely room looking at the ocean, and perfect to think, pray, do some writing and enjoy the beaches. Now with needing a cane, I still felt that everything was fine, easily accessible.

The hotel was away from all the activities Hot tub on balcony was out of service Frig stopped working Toilet did not flush completely and continue to run Restaurant had good food , but needed additional staff

Marcia was amazing - I would return because of her!!! Other staff was very nice as well. The price is reasonable. The rooms needs a little refreshing. Such as a nice coat of paint

I had numerous issues upon check in. The THIRD room was good. Quiet A/C worked well but wifi was spotty.My rating would of been lower if it wasnt for the friendly and helpful staff. Poor limited food at pool bar and the bartender also had to cook.Quiet laid back area in Cupecoy with dining and beaches nearby. Property is showing its age and needs a renovation.Wide range of quality in the rooms. Some MUCH better than others.

If you're on the quiet side; this property would be ideal as its extremely peaceful. Enjoy my stay here and doesnt have anything negative to say at all about this property.
