It was an absolute amazing stay,it was so nice that I'm staying here for another 7 nights,the property is very clean,bright and I feel at peace here,the bed and bedding very comfortable. Tallulah is a fantastic host.I would recommend this lovely cottage to everyone.Long beach is near and some beautiful organic shops.There are a yoga studio nearby and also Imhoff Farm where you can find more amazing food and gift shops. Thank you again the stay was 10 out of 10

I loved this guest house with its breathtaking views of the Harbour and False Bay. The room was splendid with a cozy bed and private facilities. The breakfast and dining area was excellent. The service was outstanding and the people were kind and helpful.

We had a stop in Cape Town on our way to a Safari and our travel agent selected the Grosvenor for us. We had a 4 night stay there. Debbie, Sue and the entire staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Each room was a little different and were very clean and spacious. The views to False Bay were spectacular and having breakfast each morning overlooking Simon's Town and the Bay was one of the highlights of our trip. Boulder Beach (penguins) was only a 15 minute walk away and Cape Town and Cape of Good Hope were each about an hour drive so the location was fantastic. Highly recommend the Grosvenor for your next Trip to the Cape Town area!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Grosvenor Guest House. Sue, our hostess, was warm and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The veranda, where a delicious breakfast is served each morning, has a beautiful view! It's a fantastic choice and location. Loved our stay there!

Overall experience felt like staying at a hostel than a guesthouse. I partially felt uncomfortable at the reception. The checkout morning we went to the beach and we’re back 40 minutes before the checkout time. But the lady told us that we disappeared without “letting her know”… it was weird and uncomfortable to receive such comment. And we checked out at 10:30

What a lovely spot and the staff are so helpful. Within walking distance to Penguins and Windmill beach. Thank you you for a fantastic three days.

A super location overlooking the harbour and bay. You can walk into the town but there are streep steps or road to negotiate however a couple of minutes by car and parking by harbour. Very comfortable bedroom with super large bed. Our room had two comfortable armchairs where we could sit with a drink overlooking the bay, also tea/coffee facilities and TV. Breakfast is served on a terrace, great choice of hot and cold choices. There is a lounge and also and outside seating area and small pool. Car parking available. There are a number of steps up to reception but help is given with luggage. Thanks Sue and Jonathan for making us so welcome.
