Have stayed at this hotel numerous times with no issue. This time, however, was a different story. We could not sleep due to a constant, what we can only assume, water tank continually emptying & filling every 15 minutes. When we complained the next morning, the Head of Housekeeping advised it was because the hotel was full but was very polite & apologetic & gave us the Guest Relations contact number. I rang them the following day to a less than helpful member of their team who stated that as we did not follow the ‘terms & conditions’ for our stay i.e. we should have complained in the middle of the night, & not left it until the morning, there was nothing they could do. Our experience did not match up to their slogan ‘Rest Easy’. This is not a reflection of the way we were treated by the nice staff at Tiverton.

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. When we're staying away from home, we need somewhere reliable, where we know what we're getting, and where they understand the importance of peace, quiet, comfort, and a good night's sleep. Premier Inn (and the Tiverton hotel in particular) understands this. It's simple, straightforward, but provides everything we could possibly want. Waking up refreshed in the morning makes a lot more difference to our holiday than a trendy wine bar, jaccuzi, snooker table etc. The extra Christmas treats for the kids were an especially nice touch, and the staff are just so friendly and pleasant. We will be back, again and again. Thank you for a lovely Christmas stay.

Drunk guests ruined our sleep. Called reception 4 times between 2-2:30am and calls went unanswered. Finally gpt through to complain - took 30 minute to resolve the issue and a further 3 calls. By then it was past 3am. Seems they didn't want to evict the culprits. I believe I was not the only guest to complain. Bathroom so dirty, hair in bath and dirty glasses in the room. Mirrors not cleaned. Carpets didn't appeared un hoovered. Staff slow to respond, although friendly.

Rhys, Teegan, Beth, Hannah, and all the team are fantastic the only reason I stay here is not only because the hotel is managed so well but all of this team are great people and really look after the guests

Best sleep ever in a hotel and the meal deal great value for money!! The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent Rhys was very attentive, and the dinner the night before what a nice spicy burger the Korean crunch. Luis the manager was talkative and helpfull finding the shops and checking in fast and easy, would happily come back again.

Excellent - we were there on 11th June, five tired and hungry cyclists, and the rooms were warm and clean, the hot food very good in a clean, comfy restaurant. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Prices very good too. Would be very happy to stay there again!
