Hände weg. Empfang sehr kühl. Bezug Zimmer: Erste Türe defekt. Im neuen Zimmer: Extrem kalt. Betonboden. Wegen dem Fallschutz schoben wir ein Bett zur Seite. Es war sehr dreckig. Es lag gar ein älterer Schokoladentiegel da. Die Badewanne verschloss nicht richtig, weshalb wir etwas mehr Wasser gebraucht hätten. Allerdings war das Warmwasser sehr rasch fertig. Wir hätten unmöglich zwei Personen mit normal warmen Wasser duschen können. Das Waschbecken war leck. Das angepriesene kontinentale Frühstück existierte nicht. Am Morgen war kein Mensch da. Generell ist den Fotos nicht zu trauen. Die Anlage ist sehr veraltet. Schade.

Terrible bathroom. Small not so clean room. Bedding with holes. Super loud air conditioning. Bed versus placement of A/C in window terrible.

This was one of the worst stays, I will never stay at this motel even if you payed me, staff was very rude, house keeping never came I had to go get supplies from the office myself, and they actedlike I was stealing from them, there were no ameminitys, and you got one cup of coffee, with no creamer or sugar, and it was like you were bothering them to ask something of them oh there was one positive thing about parking in front of your room, but you could not park right because it interfer with the walk way

Upon arrival the staff came off very aggressive and rude. She changed the price multiple times, I advised her that I had already paid online thru ******* and I also told her that I brought my 2 children a total of 4 guest initially that was not the plan so the reservation was for 2people. After being honest about that and willing to pay any additional fees she became enraged and started throwing things and slamming the papers on the desk yelling that "she was sick and tired of people sneaking extra people and went on a rant about how a previous person had 6 people in the room" My wife and I calmly sympathized with her and said he are being honest and most hotels that you get a room with 2 beds will allow 4guest max. She argued that their policy for a room with 2 beds was only 3 people. lol and demanded more money, but when my wife explained what was stated in the description she rudely told us if we didnt like it we could leave. (we shouldve just cancelled and left instead of allowing her to continue to disrespect us, but we were tired and just wanted to rest) finally after everything was situated we paid the extra and the key was given. We drove around the office to the room. The pool has no water, the unkeep of the property looks nothing like the photos "maybe 20-30yrs ago" the porches of the rooms most are cluttered with what appears to be long term stays, it looks unsafe outside and as we entered the room in only got worst we brought lysol but that didnt help
