銀泉北希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Silver Spring White Oak)

Well the hotel was fine but they did not tell us upon checking in that there were certain parking spots that were off limits ! We and five other people were towed !!! After a $25 taxi to the towing company and $150 for the tow to return our car we were just able to make my sons soccer game . Apparently there were signs in the hotel but nothing outdoors alerting us to the prohibited parking g spaces A company was coming in to repavé. We were extremely unhappy with the added cost and I convenience . The hotel should have done a better job of telli g visitors specifically where to and not to park . We will be contacting Silver Springs Hilton Garden Inn.

I just wanted to get some much needed rest. There were children running and screaming up and down the hallways late into the night. There were adults speaking loudly and banging on doors. Absolutely no regard for the other guests on the second floor. When I mentioned it at checkout I was casually told they had a family event at the hotel. Oh well! Seem they needed to rent an entire floor to themselves. I also requested extra towels which I never received. The experience was very disappointing.

Was informed on arrival that King Bed Room we had reserved had an A/C issue and had moved us. I didn't want a Double Double and Rosemary was not helpful, or willing to provide any other solution or discount. Had to ask for a Manager who ended up doing so.

We did not get any housekeeping services during our stay. We had to go to the front desk for anything we needed. No clean towels. Trash was not emptied, floor not clean.

My Fiancé and I 3rd time staying there. Love the cleanliness and niceness of their King size room. Staff is very friendly and accommodating

Upside: The hotel staff were amazingly friendly and the hotel was nice for the most part. Downside: Almost $14.00 for a crummy breakfast, PER person. What a joke. Thank goodness there was an IHOP almost right in the hotel parking lot. I think next time I’ll make sure to stay at a hotel with free breakfast.

Hotel was nice staff very pleasant and helpful breakfast was not worth the money

I didn’t think the bathroom was cleaned as well as it should have been. Not enough of an issue to change rooms, but not as good as we expect from hotels.
