All new furniture including two ultra comfy lux king size beds and spring loaded mattress in the living room futon. New HVAC so cooling and heating the home to your comfort is easy. Nightly party rate is $300 up to 20guest. $600 for 25 to 40 guest. This charge is an extra charge on top of the nightly rate, fees, taxes and cleaning fee.
