The pool was dirty like green even it shows as blue in their website. We couldn’t use it. We warned the administrators but they insisted that pool is clean as if messing with our minds Anyhow i will never choose this otel, never ever Room was clean, breakfast was good and enough

Hotel service not good at all, room sound is not detected

Otelin lokasyonu fena degil.Personel ***et başarılı.Fakat sormazsaniz Kapalı havuzun tadilatta oldugunu gidince ögrenirsiniz.Odalar ***et konforlu.Tek major yasadigimiz sıkintı çıkıs günü 7 de baslayan kahvaltı hazir olmamasi idi.Genel olarak kalınabilir

Oda iğrenç , temizlik yok, odada HAMAM BOGEĞİ, klimadan çok su akıyor , içi dışı kirli, düzgün otopark bile yok, kahvaltı normal , bu fiyata inanılmaz yani! Hamama gitmeye bile korkarsan , duvarları hapiste gibi ! Fotolar her şey gösteriyor zaten!

Otelin önünde otopark yok. otel dere yatağı içinde, dere yağmurda yükseldi ve araçlarımız su içinde kaldı. Otelde 1 gün mahsur kaldık.

Öncelikle ilgisiz personeller var. Rezervasyon öncesi telefonla dahi arayıp odaya bornoz ve kadeh istememize rağmen konmamıştı, konaklama sırasında tekrar arayıp istedik çokta anlam veremediğimiz bir bahane ile olumsuz yanıt aldık. Hiç hoş bir durum değil. Oda duvarında küflenme ve boya kabarması vardı. Tavanda lekeler vardı. Yatak çarşafı yırtık, ayak havlusu yırtıktı. TV yamuk asılmış ve kabloları sakmıştı. Gizli LED aydınlatmalar çokta gizli değil ve bir kısmı yanmıyor, bir kısmı ise sarkıktı. Otel konum olarak iyi fakat bakımsız ve kendi haline bir yönetime burakılmış gibi.

Önce iyi yanları dekorasyon, sessizlik, kahvaltı açık büfe yeterli. Olumsuz ise bir yönetim problemi var. Personel yetkinlik olarak yetersiz kalıyor ama bu onların sorunu değil. Yönetim doğru işe alım ve eğitim yapmadığı çok belli. Spa yeni açıldığını söylediler çok geniş bir alan ile avantajlı olmasına rağmen çok yetersiz. Soyunma odası yok. Banyo, tuvalet ve kilidi olmayan dolapları aynı alanda. Eşyanızı güvenle bırakamıyorsunuz. Ortam ısıtması yetersiz sıcak değildi. Masaj yapan hanımlar çok bakımsız ve ağzında sakız ile masaj yapıyor. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih etmem.

Odaya hiçbir şekilde düzeltme veya temizlik için gelen olmuyor günlük bırakılması gelen ikramlar bırakılmıyor Ramada n'ın en kötü Oteli idi. Asansörlerden bir tanesi bozuktu çalıştırmamışlar çalışan asansör Allah'a emanet çalışıyor ve iğrenç kokular eşliğinde her tarafı yayılıyor pis kokusu

As a Ramada regular guest I can say the overall experience wasn't at the level I used to from other Ramada hotels. I stayed here in December and it appeared like understaffed. As the area is more popular in the summer maybe the hotel offers a better experience during the peak season. At the end you receive what you're paying for.

Gracious and affable, though they may give you a fun game of charades when it comes to the English language. (Hint: Brushing up on a bit of Turkish might just make you the MVP of your vacation.) Location-wise, it's a breezy 2.5 km jaunt from the enthralling Fusha beach. Now, you might be tempted to summon an Uber, but alas, those techy chariots are as rare as unicorns around these parts. But fret not! Consider it an opportunity to digest all that delicious Turkish food while enjoying a leisurely walk back from the beach. Speaking of the beach, the Black Sea doesn't disappoint. It's a shimmering canvas of clean water surrounded by restaurants that are the epitome of Turkish culinary delight. But a word to the wise: if you're looking to add a splash of alcohol to your sunset dinner, you might have to toast with a glass of pure, fresh Black Sea air instead. first of all, the air conditioner was barely working and I called them to slove the problem and they didnt care. We stayed there two nights and housekeeping didnt even cleaned the rooms even though we asked by pressing the room clean service button and also we went the reception and asked for it too, and they said that they will send housekeepers to clean both rooms in a hour. but nobody came.

Hotel location is not good. Old towels. Poor polo. The hotel doesn’t worth money paid
