酒店很不錯,一切都很新,很乾淨。房間很大,空間很大。工作人員非常樂於助人。屋頂游泳池,早餐很好。

我訂了一個套間跟2個雙標，3天2晚，6千多，房間環境可以也衞生，就是枕頭真的不好，太空，躺着跟沒枕頭一樣，導致睡不好，因為又嘭又空，我這是第2次住這，第一次是3月，那次朋友訂的這，那次覺得酒店環境不錯，泳池也好看，上次也遊了泳但是沒有什麼問題，那會好像剛開業沒多久，但這次去泳池遊了泳，第二天我跟老公就尿路感染，我女兒嗆了泳池的水，就細菌性腸胃炎➕拉肚子發燒，當時去這泳池就老聞到下水道的味道（下水道味道不是泳池的水，是附近不知道哪兒來的跟着海風一起來），腳踩在泳池底也是滑膩膩，下次不會住這個酒店了。因為不知道泳池到底還幹不乾淨。工作人員跟服務都很好很友善，建議酒店把枕頭換個好的還有泳池要徹底消毒定期換水。

房間寬敞帶陽台，近可看到下面的泳池，遠可見海邊沙灘，環境優雅舒適，屋內的空調也比較靈敏且沒有噪音。酒店緊靠着海邊，擁有非常漂亮的海灘風光和迷人的沙灘美景，並且還能欣賞到不錯的海邊日落……唯一不太理想的是早餐廳設定在內部見不到海的位置，相對而言顯得封閉而壓抑。

房間床睡着很舒服。酒店服務特別好。 超市葯店吃飯的按摩什麼都有。而且經理們人也特別好 一個人出來旅行住宿 很照顧你。 不論是洗浴也好 還是空調。 都很順暢不錯。隔音也很好。 反正就是一個 啥都有的地方。離海灘也很近。絕了！很喜歡這家酒店！ 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：地理位置優越。 服務：堪稱保姆級服務！！！

房間和室都很寬,淨,空調很好,酒店就在海灘邊。 但是,很硬,很大,房間裏有,WLAN很差,酒店,周圍沒有很多吃午飯的場所。

Safety: I must warn all guests that this hotel has changed hands several times and we found it hard to find out who is the real owner is, as of today we still dont know as we dont get a straight answer: Major issue they do not hold public liability Insurance. The Stairs are not none slip so when there is water left on the stairs this is a major hazard. The hotel is what we expected and the photos are a true representation of what you will get. The Staff are great especially the lady manager. Food was ok at the restaurant but expensive. Rooms were clean, and the pool well maintained and clean. The representative of the hotel came to see me after I had a bad accident there due to water not being cleaned up on the stairs and it caused a slip hazard. It left me with 2 broken ribs and a contusion on the left Lung. Its hard to rate this hotel as on one hand the staff were great and the accomidation was adequate, on the other hand the owners did not care about the well being of its guests or staff. Now I have 12 weeks to repair, Please anyone booking here check to make sure they have the insurance in place and basic 3M none slip strips on the stairs. if the owner addressed these items its a great place to stay

不錯的酒店,空間很大,還有室外游泳池,非常適合游泳和看到海景。房間足夠大,樂於助人的員工。我會向任何想訪問SHV的人推薦這家酒店,是的,這家酒店新,也很棒。

A fantastic experience made possible by the entire amazing staff of this wonderful resort. Tep and Dara were especially kind and generous with their time. Tep helped arrange an island hopping tour and even accompanied me on her day off. Dara took time out of his day to sit and chat with me each day while I ate breakfast, a nice touch for a solo traveler. Everyone was so kind and cheerful. They were all smiling all the time. I met the owner and immediately understood why. His kindness and care for the staff members was obvious in his interactions with them. That type of managerial style inevitability translates into cheerful and thoughtful service. I applaud this entire operation for their genuine care for each other and the guests. The attention to detail and care showed in the quality of the groundskeeping, housekeeping, and food service. (The breakfast service was incredible, especially the made to order noodles and egg station). I could go on but this place reall has to be experienced to be believed. And at this price point it is an incredible value for money. One more thing: the location at the very end of Otres Beach is perfect. The beach was very quiet and the traffic on the road was minimal. I wouldn’t want to stay close to the noisy dusty city center. This is way better.
