Swimming pool (approx. 26°) and hot tub (from 16 years old) closed in November. The building was built on a sloping plot. The floors are considered as levels numbered from the residence floor. In case of heavy snowfall, it is forbidden to clear snow from the terraces, according to the administrator's instructions. Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Oct. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 450 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.5 km. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Terrace 10 m2, west facing position. Appartement engoncé entre forêt et mur latéral du balcon.Vue moins dégagée qu'espéré.Pas de store ni de parasol sur le balcon, difficile au soleil de l'après-midi.Pièce centrale très sombre (salle à manger), éclairage (lampes) de la cuisine insuffisant

We stayed 6 nights in the well equipped apartment. Everything was clean. Mattresses and duvets in good/fair condition. The highlights are the modern bathrooms and the extended equipment (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, table tennis tables, etc.) of the system. We
