Fuimos en pareja. Nos dieron un apartamento con una pequeña cocina, bien equipada, un dormitorio y un enorme salón. La atención del personal muy buena. Dispone de una piscina con agua climatizada, césped y alquiler de hamacas por 2 €. Limpieza de 10. Para repetir sin pensarlo.

The resort was so horrible we left the next morning. Unfortunately there is no chance for reimbursement of resources used, but it was so bad we left anyway. BTW, the bed was very uncomfortable and the furniture looked unclean. The unit was a good size, but that was irrelevant due to the negative factors.

Great location Able to walk 80 yds inside to free ski locker underneath gondola. Large unit We like solid wood furniture. Classic or dated is an opinion. Very helpful reception Restaurant not open in evenings but many alternatives nearby all of which are good value by ski resort standards. Did not use breakfast but not needed with fully equipped kitchen. Skiing is good

We had a terrible experience last weekend in this hotel. We had a problem and we needed to cancel one night to go back home due to an urgency and the hotel staff didn't show any concern about it, they did not care about our problem. It is the first time after many years of travel and in many different hotels this happens to us. We won't come back and we never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a 3star hotel with a 5 star price tag. The rooms are spacious & clean with a rustic feel. The hotel is all about the location. You won’t get a better one. The lift from the convenient locker room a short 1 minute walk away takes you directly to the main cable car for the slopes. Walk out the front door and you are in the main square. Breakfast is included but the choice & quality were poor and the hot food provided was less than average. Fried eggs dripping in oil and sausages and bacon that had seen better days. In summary, if price is not a consideration and you want to be right next to the ski lifts, this place will not disappoint. Just don’t expect any luxury.

El hotel tiene habitaciones muy amplias, con buenas vistas. La piscina es muy agradable y el desayuno es tipo buffet. Está muy bien ubicado, en la parte baja de la urbanización, en una zona muy tranquila. El servicio de habitaciones es muy bueno. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia.

Buen complejo,mejor que la mayoria que he visitado. Ideal para hacer excursiones al Mulhacen, Veleta o las muchas lagunas cercanas. En verano una delicia de temperatura. Hay que estar bien de piernas para andar por estas alturas.

Hemos merendado después de una jornada de esqui y mis hijos querían jugar al billar no teníamos dinero suelto le pedimos a Mónica que nos cobrará 2 euros mas con la tarjeta y nos dijo que eso no lo podían hacer, por lo que se ofreció a darnos lo de su dinero para que los niños no se quedasen sin jugar, un gesto que dice mucho de la condición humana y empatica de su profesional , cosas así es lo que hace que recomendemos este sitio y salgamos encantados.Cuiden a profesionsles como ella porque en un ratito nos ha conquistado.Un saludo. Sabemos que es Mónica porque aparece su nombre en la cuenta
