The sofa bed was still open when i walked into the room so i just tucked it back in. The toilet had brown water stains . This was not the best of hotels. The ac leaked on the carpet.

Room was ok doors are slam closed every rooms created a loud noise. very easy to wake you up. service desk was busy by their own business. My door key was turn off every days which i stayed 3 nights.

Twas the Hotel clerk Grinch that stole my Hotel Room! I walked in the hotel and no one stationed at the desk! So l walked to the far side and observed the clerk was sitting in the back on her cell phone, not paying attention to the drint desk! I stood there a minute then l said - Can l Check in? She xame over then told me l could ring a bell, l told her l didn't see a bell, her tone of voice was rude and non receptive! I told her she beeds to be up front and not sitting in the back on her cell phone! She got mad and told me thayt she was not going to check me in and that there was a hotel next door! I left. I will never patron this hitel location again! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! INMATURE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CLERK!

The receptionist working front desk was not friendly, not welcoming and dismissive towards me when I checked in around 2:15 a.m. early morning on Dec 29, 2022. She needs to be trained on how to greet guests properly. Other than that my short stay was nice.

Hotel is old and need major upgrades. Room smells like it has mold

Rude staff and the worst customer service very disrespectful staff members toward me and my children

The hotel was very disappointing. Online was listed as fabulous but this was far from fabulous. The room was beyond dated and shower looked very dirty and full of mold. The evening of our stay the restroom lights stopped working and weren’t able to shower.

Front desk is always courteous. Room was comfortable, and i appreciate the free breakfast. Its also a in a really convenient location.
