We couldn't even find the hotel from the street, because we had to get out of the car, take 5 escalators into the building, and then walk back down about 100 meters. We left all our luggage in the car. Some people's had an event with 1200 people in front of the hotel until 2am, and it was bright outside all night, so we couldn't sleep. Our trip was ruined. We are not satisfied and we left 7: 30 am . So we want money back.

Christina should have communicated with us of a block party happening on our first night. Loud music, people partying outside our room till 2:00 am. Unable to sleep. None of this was told to us.

ATTENTION! Please do not book this property! You cannot check in if you arrive after 11PM! Owner asked me to call ******* for a refund, when ******* called the owner she refused the refund! Tried to txt her directly and she never responded! We were left with no hotel in the middle of Siena! If you have flights, trains or any delays and arrive after 11PM the owner will not let you in! I will file a report with the Italy tourism board for sure on this one! Stay away from this hotel!

Siena VIP was in a quiet location, away from the busy areas NU still conveniently located and within walking distance of everything. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was always delicious and delivered at the exact time requested.

Modern facilities. Parking behind the apartment. Building is next to an escalator that lands you 5 minutes walk from the Duomo.
