Consiglio questo posto. A 10 min dal centro di Siena un posticino davvero delizioso. Con parcheggio privato. I proprietari di una gentilezza rara. Ho amato il letto super comodo e le coperte soffici, degna di nota la colazione, per me fondamentale! Caffè, cappuccino, succhi e tisane con l’imbarazzo della scelta. Yogurt ottimo, cereali granola pane appena tostato e mini croissant. Frutta fresca e marmellate fatte dalla signora, davvero ottime. Allego qualche foto per mostrarvi anche il panorama degno di nota.

L’endroit est incroyable ! Nous avons tout apprécié, l’accueil, les espaces soignés, la terrasse extérieure où nous avons pris le petit déjeuner, les pièces accessibles aux décorations familiales et locales (cuisine, salon, salle à manger), la chambre très belle, et le must… une superbe piscine avec vue incroyable sur Sienne. On se sent comme chez nous… Difficile de quitter ce lieu magique… On reviendra ! Merci Letizia !

Camera matrimoniale piccola e buia, sporchissima con polvere ovunque e ragnatele in bella vista. Colazione servita in una tavolata a stretto contatto con perfetti sconosciuti, nessun buffet ma bisogna chiedere alla signora per le brioches marmellata e quant'altro. La struttura sarebbe anche bella e in una buona posizione ma la gestione è da incubo...i servizi inesistenti, questo lavoro deve essere fatto per passione non per il puro interesse al guadagno economico. Sconsigliatissimissimo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posto a dir poco incantevole, immerso nelle colline senesi con una vista magica sulla città di Siena. Un podere circondato dal verde e dalla tranquillità, piscina pulita con vista sulla città, pergolato esterno per la colazione sempre ben curata e fornita per ogni gusto, la nostra camera adatta per dimensioni e sempre pulita. Il podere è composto dal piano terra con salottino e cucina utilizzabile dagli ospiti, e primo piano con un altro salottino e piccola cucina, sala da pranzo in caso di maltempo. Il vero punto di forza che rende magico questo posto sono i due proprietari Letizia e Corsino, che dire..accoglienti, gentili, simpatici e sempre attenti all'ospite. Hanno reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Grazie e a presto. Nadia e Diego

Such a beautiful setting with lovely people running the place as well as those visiting. The breakfast each morning was a treat with hot, cold and sweet options. Our room was very comfortable, bed included. The farmhouse is unique and enjoyable to explore. The views are beautiful.

Such a gorgeous house, beautifully decorated with unique rooms, sitting out areas, outside breakfast area and swimming pool looking over Siena. The hosts are kind and generous, the breakfasts a social affair at a long table outside. With over three generations of family history, and four hundred years of the house history, we felt privileged to stay there. Easy access to Siena - walking or driving. Fabulous.

Stunning house and hosts. I am in awe of Leticia and her husband love and care for their home which is now their business. The property is breathtaking the reception area welcomed you with loads of their beautiful portraits and I can see how much history these walls hold. Everything is impeccable and Leticia and her husband are a force. I hope every guests that enters their home is loving back to them as they are with their guests.

We had a fantastic week here, walking into Siena each day and enjoying the beauty of Tuscany. The accommodation was excellent, the breakfasts amazing and the atmosphere magic. Getting to know the locals and the history of Siena and the contradas made it a truly wonderful experience. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Letizia is a wonder — and lovely in every respect. She manages an olive farm as well as Podere La Strega, a location just outside Siena where a number of my family recently spent a week. We will long remember the beautiful views of Siena, home made jams at breakfast, and Letizia’s smiling can-do attitude about everything. She organized a wine tasting, a trip to a cheese farm, dinner reservations and so much more. On our final night, she arranged take-out pizza for the eight of us, accompanied by the very best green salad I’ve had in Italy, made by her from her own garden. We give Podere La Strega our highest recommendation. Go there! You will love Letizia too!
