This hotel is a charming boutique hotel where you will feel relaxing and tranquil. The staffs esp Me Sna . Nita . Mey Seyh are so lovely especially Sna. Lovely person. Love the surroundings which are tucked within the local community. Although restaurants are not available, you can find food around the area as Siem Reap is not a big town.

我去SR參觀和工作,在這家酒店住了3晚,房間很好,乾淨,價格可以接受,有禮品地板和良好的WiFi,我對服務感到非常不安,沒有標準服務,只是有點情況,但他們試圖欺騙我們,case 我們無法訪問電視I,他們試圖欺騙我們的房間,因爲我入住到退房,只是告訴電視有線公司😅有問題,首先他們告訴我他們買了智能電視盒到達酒店,然後電視遙控器無法訪問!最後是關於電視有線電視公司看起來像他們認爲我們是當地客人沒有多少錢支付因此沒有解決方案像從另一個房間換到我們的房間,只是設置蜜月花有點貴7$收費。但是夜班工作人員他很好,很親切

Es un hotel pequeño, distendido. La decoración budista lo hace especial. Las habitaciones son lindas. La atención es muy buena; el personal es súper amable y servicial. Apenas llegamos nos sirvieron té helado, que con las temperaturas de Siem Reap fue una muy agradable bienvenida. Hay una terraza con pileta y restaurant/bar en la terraza. Toda una experiencia recomendable. Lo único malo para decir es el que el desayuno no era de lo mejor. Pocas opciones; no era buffet, sino que tenías que elegir algún menú preestablecido y no era demasiado abundante. El café no era de filtro, sino instantáneo (algo que uno no espera en zonas tropicales).

只預訂了這家酒店兩晚6-8一月,我之前旅行期間的過去經歷在某些情況下是糟糕的,酒店描述和照片不是事實,我1月6日下午到達吳哥土地Urban Botuque辦理入住。首先看酒店大樓告訴我,我做出了正確的選擇。酒吧街粒最發生的地方大概有公里遠,週邊酒店很乾淨,前面有寬闊的路,前面有大停車位。一進入巨大的大堂,裏面有木木的內部,酒店工作人員團隊就迎接了我。入住只用了幾分鐘。同時酒店經理恩索納先生也來見我,這是一種很好的感覺。他說他給我一個非常好的房間在四樓,如果我不介意,他會在第二天把我轉移到一個更好的房間,然後被佔用。房間很大,很舒服。有所有的設施。第二天經理給我看了三樓的另一個房間,我同意換班。這個房間也很大,浴室有浴缸,另外還有一個單獨的玻璃浴缸。它有一個陽台,也可以俯游泳池。游泳池很棒。早餐菜單也很好。酒店也安排了我的旅遊。Tuk Tuk和叫Remork的摩托車總是在酒店外面。在前兩天最美妙的經歷之後,我也從1月24日8日至11日將剩餘的幾天延長了住宿時間。經理Sona先生定期與我見面,詢問我是否舒適,是否需要任何東西。他的年輕男孩和女孩團隊也非常有求必應,每次都向客人打招呼。在整個住宿期間,我沒有發現任何缺陷或任何抱怨。感謝經理Sona先生和他的團隊,我在吳哥土地城市精品店度過了最難忘的經歷。

幾乎是整個柬埔寨旅途中最完美的體驗。在酒店剛開業時期用非常實惠的價格入住，性價比超級的高。壹流的體貼服務，舒適的房間，無與倫比的性價比。聽説酒店的員工大部分是當地的窮苦孩子，但是卻沒有因為這樣而使得服務有折扣。儘管有時候不是非常的專業，但是每個服務人員都會竭盡所能的幫忙解答疑問。每日不同味道的香氛；每日進出酒店時及時送達的 清涼毛巾；夜晚精心準備的小餅乾等等都是這家酒店温馨服務的體現。下次自己或者家人、朋友前往，依然會推薦的酒店。 唯壹美中不足的地方在於交通不是特別方便，但是對於在柬埔寨旅遊大部分是租車的旅客來説，這根本不是問題。

暹粒現在挺冷清的，比疫情前遊客少了很多。這個萬怡比較新，但是地理位置不算市中心。酒店不是很大，衹有三棟樓，圍着中間的泳池，泳池很乾凈，晚上11點看到人在清理。 我們入住時候很晚，11點了，前台兩個男的業務不熟練，跟我説沒有對着泳池的房間了，連着給我換了3個房間，不是對着樓就是死角房間。在這點上，無法滿足客人需求，態度也一般般。 拿行李的小哥很熱情，很積極，早餐也一般，沒有太多吃的東西，比國內五星級還是差點。

The hotel is one to remember, since the check -in, with the super yummy tea and the fresh towel, your feel really well cared for from the staff. The breakfast is awesome and couldn't ask for anything else, there is plenty of western choices as well as very tasty fresh juices. The hotel is really nice, clean and very well decorated but the staff makes it even better because they ALL went the extra mile to make us feel at home and nothing is trouble for them. My husband really enjoyed the swimming pool and I could go back every day to have the smoothies and mocktails they make in the bar, they are the best. We had a very early excursion to the temples and they gave us our breakfast in a beautiful basket. All the food was amazing and we really appreciated that all the things they used for us to eat our breakfast was reusable, there was not plastic at all. We took it back to the hotel and after cleaning it could be used for another guest. Awesome and beautiful idea. We also enjoyed the flowers, the cake and the fruit we had in our room due to our wedding anniversary. We were granted a late check out , which we really appreciated as we had a late flight. They also offered to have a shower in the spa if we needed one after check out. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Seam Reap.

The hotel location was very convenient for food and everything. The room was very neat and clean, nice bedding. The staff were very attentive and energetic, highly recommended

We stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights during February 2023. It is well located in Siem Reap town, close to the main restaurants, supermarkets and atractions of the city center. The hotel is clean and all the staff is composed by nice people. The pool area is great. We did not select the breakfast option. The room we stayed in was right next to the pool. One note is that the room door is made of glass (which can be locked of course), it is not a regular wooden door. Plus, theshower does not have a curtain, so the bathroom got a lot of water on the floor when we showered.

我們選擇了一家有游泳池的飯店，很高興。我只是建議提前在地圖上標記酒店的位置，因為...在手機上找到它並不容易。嘟嘟車不認識他。酒店工作人員非常努力地在一切事情上提供幫助。早餐很好，菜單上有好幾種早餐可供選擇。房間比較舊，很小，但是有陽台。住幾天還可以，飯店到舊城區有一公里多一點，有時步行，有時坐嘟嘟車。由於我們晚上退房比較晚，所以把東西寄存在前台，很方便。在過境返回泰國時，他們要求提供回程機票和飯店預訂。而在我們之前，俄羅斯人也被要求證明他們每人有20,000泰銖的錢，考慮到這一點。
