The hotel room is big and clean, it is comfortable, with big swimming pools 👍 The hotel breakfast was delicious, the staff very nice and friendly,
The hotel's internet is high-speed.

Awful experience. Day 1: They overcharged me. I had to pay upfront for 5 nights. According to the quote, transportation from the hotel to the airport (USD 45) was included. But once I paid, I realized that the transportation was not listed on the invoice. Days 2–3: I was busy with the conference (the main purpose of my visit). Day 4: After the conference ended, I wanted some “me time” and planned to enjoy the spa (sauna, jacuzzi, massage) as advertised on their website. When I tried to book a massage, I was shocked to find out that the spa had been closed for months! This was absolutely not mentioned anywhere on their website. I asked to speak with the manager because I was very upset. I had decided to extend my stay by 2 additional nights specifically because of the amenities. I wanted to visit the temples during the day and relax at the hotel spa afterward. Let me remind you — I had already paid upfront for the whole stay. After discussing with the manager, he agreed to offer me a free massage as compensation for the inconvenience. I asked him to make sure the staff was informed. He said yes. Day 5: Along with two colleagues, we planned to see the sunrise. We were scheduled to leave at 4:45 AM sharp. I asked reception the night before to prepare 3 packed breakfasts and ensure they’d be ready by 4:45. Of course, on Day 5 at 4:45 AM, the breakfasts were nowhere to be seen. Nor at 4:55 AM — by then our guide told us we had to leave and couldn’t wait any longer. Day 6: My last day. The day before (Day 5), I had asked reception to book the promised massage (remember, the one offered by the manager?). At 8:30 AM, while working in my room, I got a call from reception saying the manager denied ever offering a free massage. I asked to speak with him but — surprise — he was “out.” At 9 AM, just before I left for the museum, I asked once more to speak with him. He finally showed up, arms crossed and visibly annoyed: “No, no, no — I never said that.” “I don’t care if you write a bad review.” Conclusion: I love Cambodia and its people, but I would NEVER recommend this hotel. The staff barely speaks English, and I leave with the clear feeling of having been ripped off: • Advertising services they don’t actually offer (no spa, only in-room massages for $25–30 — which is overpriced for Siem Reap) • Wifi barely worked • Manager was rude and unprofessional • No packed breakfast, even though every hotel in Siem Reap does this for early morning departures to Angkor Wat Stay elsewhere.
