普高棉飯店(Phum Khmer Lodge - Village Cambodian Lodge)

Äußerst schönes, gepflegtes kleines Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern, schönem Pool, tollen Garten & wahnsinnig freundlichem Personal!! Sehr gute Cocktails an der Pool Bar & gutes Frühstück. Zum Zentrum von Siem Reap etwas weiter entfernt, es werden aber kostenlose Shuttle Tuk Tuks angeboten, für die Rückfahrt zahlt man 2 Dollar. Wenn wir wieder nach Siem Reap kommen, auf jeden Fall wieder in die Phum Khmer Lodge, vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Aufenthalt!!

One of the most beautiful lodgings we have ever stayed at, Phum Khmer Lodge is a handful of gorgeously restored classic wooden homes built in traditional Khmer style, with each designed to reflect a particular regional aesthetic or approach. While designed to reflect centuries-old architectural traditions, they certainly don't lack in modern amenities, with very comfortable beds, great and huge showers, and strong a/c to get you through the hot Siem Reap days. The grounds are just as lovely as the homes, with wonderful landscaping and flowers, and a lovely pool. Each member of the staff are also very helpful and personable, and the breakfasts are quite extensive. We were fortunate enough to stay during New Year's Eve, and took part in a memorable dinner celebration there, where we got to meet the owner, who shared his knowledge and passion of traditional Khmer architecture and homes. Phum Khmer Lodge is surprisingly also one of the few lodges and resorts in Siem Reap actually owned by a Cambodian. Our only regret is only spending two days there, as we were sad to leave such a magical space.

A beautiful place with an amazing a**osphere. Remote from the center, but this is purely an advantage. About 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes Tuk Tuk and you are on Pub Street. Super, authentic Khmer houses that will make your stay in Siem Reap special. What we will remember most is the staff, always smiling, extremely polite and hospitable young people. They share good humor and optimism with you every day. Super pool where you can relax after a day of exploring the temples of Angkor. Delicious breakfasts and that lovely breakfast box when you go to Angkor Wat for sunrise - I love it! I highly recommend it!

Absolutely lovely place to stay! My friends and I booked a 3 room villa, and it felt like paradise. Beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Also having AC in each bedroom was a major plus! Every afternoon we came back to the hotel for a few hours for swim or lounge at the pool. We even had afternoon tea included! In addition, on our second day we booked a sunrise tour to Angkor Wat and we had the best tour guide ever named Som! We visited 4 temples that day and Som was so rich with information. He was fun and taught us so much about the temples. I recommend booking this tour!

The staff were all amazing during our stay in Siem Reap. Very comfortable accomodations with a communal pool. They connected us with Som, a wonderful guide who led us through Angkor Wat with the perfect balance of history and intriguing stories about all of the sites around Angkor Wat. Be sure to double check the address if you book through Airbnb.

Our two couple experience at the Lodge was nothing short of spectacular. The staff, accommodations and food were precisely on point. During our trip to Viet Nam and Cambodia, our small family (2 couples) stayed at both lovely hotels and bnbs, but the Lodge was head and shoulders above everything that came before. The owners were welcoming and helpful, but not intrusive; their staff, sweet and efficient. The owners' Lodge concept is to experience the best of a Cambodian village, and that's exactly what we got. After 10 days of frantic cities, the stress of city life rolled off my shoulders. I could have lounged at the gorgeous pool all day with high tea (lemon grass and ginger tea, biscuits and dried banana) at two every day. The rooms were perfectly imagined and implemented. After a sweaty day or night outside our Lodge gave, it was wonderful to come back to our comfortable home and gorgeous bathroom with a walkin rain shower The food is delicious, with meals served three times a day. We double downed on the chicken tom yum and red curry in the evening accompanied by a gin and tonic. The house made ice cream was a perfect dessert. An absolutely wonderful end to our visit to VN and Cambodia!

Nous avons séjourné à Phum Khmer Lodge pendant 3 jours. Nous avons passé 3 jours merveilleux dans cet hôtel situé à seulement 6/7 minutes du centre ville. La végétation du jardin est splendide et parfaitement entretenue, tout comme la magnifique piscine. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable et tous très souriants. Ils sont aux petits soins avec les clients et l’on ne manque de rien. Par exemple, nous avions une excursion le matin à 5h, ils nous ont préparé un super petit déjeuner à emporter. La chambre est très belle et joliment décoré, la literie est très agréable. Ce séjour était vraiment fabuleux !!!

We couldn't have wished for more. This is a fabulous place to stay. It offers an amazing opportunity to experience a traditional villa with lots of niceties - divine locally sourced toiletries, super soft towels, comfy beds, but also a beautiful collection of locally handmade robes and traditional blankets. We stayed in their traditional Siem Reap villa for 6 nights. The room and bathroom were so spacious/huge, as was the deck. Additionally, we had an amazing space underneath the villa with a hammock, chairs and tables to relax - it stayed cool even in the afternoon April heat! The restaurant served delicious food including the best fruit smoothies we had in Cambodia. The mango for breakfast that was straight from the tree onsite, tasted amazing, as did the banana. Lastly, all the staff and owners are truly beautiful people who made our stay in Siem Reap so much richer. Not only were they onto it with organizing all our transport and tour needs, but the knowledge they shared about where to go, the food and the culture was invaluable. I cannot recommend Phum Khmer Lodge enough. It is easily one of our best hotel experiences.
