Great vibe, wonderful kind, friendly staff and management. Nice rooms nothing missing ideal location close to other attractions and a nice size pool for a decent work out. I loved the bar good size, nice cocktails and drinks @ good prices. If you are looking for a friendly place to stay for all ages - check it out.

Vor allem das Personal ist klasse. Jame ist immer hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Er gibt gute Tips. Zum Beispiel für das Abendessen. Am besten bucht man ein Zimmer mit AC. Falls man es ohne AC probiert ist es besser die. Tür zum Balkon offen zu lassen.

The staff were friendly and super nice. They helped me a lot. Although the rules were quite weird where AC only opened at 6pm till 10am. Room was good and clean. Facilities okay, wifi okay. And got cats if you are a cat lover 🐱 The male staff are cute too :3

We really enjoyed our stay at The Place Hostel. Staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and there was a pool for you to cool down in after a hot day of sightseeing. We got picked up for free from the bus station curtesy of the hostel and also given information about Angkor temples. We booked the Sunrise and sunset tours through the hostel - I would say a guided for the sunset tour was definitely not needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. There was aircon, however the reception keep the remote and don’t let you turn below 23 degrees which is the only negative from the trip as the rooms get very stuffy on this temperature. Overall I would recommend if you want to be in comfort and modern surroundings.
