連住5天，對設施、衞生、環境、服務基本滿意。房間很大，空調、電扇、洗浴設施都很不錯，微笑服務很温暖，在酒店訂車也很可靠，早餐不是特別豐盛，但每次都可以選擇不同的套餐。出酒店往右走七、八分鐘就是老市場和酒吧街，很方便。

最氣人的是最後一天我們都還沒有退房，收拾東西在大廳吃早餐然後房間門就打不開了，總的來説就是很差很差的一次體驗，每天晩上想要泡澡🛀就越來越不好水不熱，越來越冷，就沖澡都冷、房間還有蚊子

雖然我是深夜才到的，但是很感謝工作人員的熱情回應。潑水節期間有點吵，但這是一個非常舒適、很棒的私人地方別墅式住宿。

總體來說5天的體驗很棒。我們會回去的質量/價格。 專業人士： 1.工作人員超級超級友善，對孩子們也很友善。 2.位置非常適合到達喧鬧的中心和舒適的東側。那樣輕鬆地享用了雙方的餐廳。 3.小泳池很乾淨而且維護得很好。熱帶花園設計得很好。 缺點： 1.早餐無論是質量還是數量都可以更加豐盛一些。我們是2個大人2個小孩，但是只提供3份早餐。 2.我們入住期間，很多外人在使用游泳池。泳池不是很大，有人在泳池裡抽煙。難怪那些人為什麼經常來這裡。 3.空調晚上很吵，很打擾我們。

位於河邊，暹粒中部的綠色環境，房間很大，有淋浴廁所和大型獨立浴缸，美麗的游泳池，工作人員超級友善和貼心......在早餐上花點功夫，這是一個選擇有限，但下次入住時我一定會回到那裡

What a gem! Spacious, clean and modern rooms with superb bathing options (forceful, hot rain shower or soaking tub) and reliable wi-fi, accommodating and very polite English-speaking staff and excellent food, all located in a highly convenient, yet quiet and serene, spot nestled along the Siem Reap River. One morning we departed early to capture the sunrise over Angkor Wat. We mentioned this to the staff the day before and they kindly packed a breakfast for us to take along. Please note that breakfast is not a buffet, but is made-to-order so budget a bit more time for your morning meal. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa rooms with attentive and friendly staff. The chef does excellent Khmer dishes especially salads Wait staff , exercise a little patience as English is not their first language and post COVID need time to get back into the groove.So stay but if you can't drop in for a meal in a historic building. Only downside, are the mozzies especially during rainy season. The staff will try their best to defimugate with fans, extra coils!

Simon, Rowena and the team are extremely warm and welcoming people. They were very attentive and super friendly. The resort style rooms are excellent and bigger than expected and the daily breakfast is great. We thoroughly enjoyed happy hour at the sky lounge. Thank you!

It's a beautiful place on the riverside, friendly staff members and owners. We had a great afternoon and the food was excellent. This is our new favorite place in Siem Reap, we highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a great place to stay in Siem Reap.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per il nostro viaggio di nozze. Mi avevano preannunciato di non aspettarmi gli standard che abbiamo noi in Italia rispetto ad una struttura del genere e invece siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. 1. Standard di pulizia altissimi. 2. Personale gentilissimo. 3. Colazione ottima. 4. Servizio impeccabile. Al nostro arrivo ci accolgono con salviette fresche alla citronella e una buonissima limonata. Camera bellissima, pulitissima e super profumata con questa essenza misto limone citronella. Kit completo per il bagno con spazzolino, dentifricio, pettine, saponette, gel doccia e shampoo. Biancheria pulita e profumata. La camera silenziosa e accogliente. La piscina, anche questa molto pulita e circondata da piante e fiori, sembra di essere in una piccola oasi. Puoi ordinare un cocktail che ti viene servito a bordo piscina con prezzi onestissimi (5 $ circa) e in più organizzano ogni giorno un Happy hour in terrazza dove con circa 10$ puoi mangiare e bere. Io e mio marito abbiamo approfittato anche per fare un massaggio. Abbiamo scelto la tipologia Khmer (1 ora circa 30 $) ed è stato un sollievo. Le massaggiatrici ti rivoltano come un calzino e ti fanno scattare tutte la schiena e ne esci rigenerato. La colazione ottima. Io ho preso sempre la classica italiana con cappuccino e croissant che erano buonissimi come i nostri. Frutta eccezionale e dolcissima. Inoltre al prezzo di 3$/kg abbiamo usufruito della lavanderia e ci hanno riportato il bucato fresco, morbido e profumato. Situata a pochi passi dalla via principale Pub Street che si può raggiungere in 5 minuti a piedi. Che dire, oltre le mie aspettative. Grazie anche a tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Excellent location and accommodation. Breakfast was also lovely and the pool was great. However, the best part about this hotel is the staff. We have never experienced such lovely staff. They made our trip to Siem Reap wonderful. Thank you for helping us make memories.
