From the very start, with the organised pick-up at the airport, we had an outstanding experience at Grange, boutique hotel. So much so, that we are already planning a return trip. The staff are amazing, from the GM, Dom, through to the receptionists, catering staff and housekeeping, they were all so friendly, helpful and a great asset to the hotel. The drivers which they use for organised transport, such as airport shuttle and trips to Angkor Wat are safe, and reliable. Vet, who picked us up in a car from the airport, was very informative about Cambodia and Chai, who drove us to Angkor Wat and many other interesting temples, kept us well hydrated with plenty of free bottled water. The hotel is fabulous looking, clean and tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet area of Siem Reap, but only a 5 minute tuk tuk from the centre and the lively Pub Street. The hotel facilities are superb, with a beautiful shared pool, great, free Wi-Fi and good selection of drinks and tasty food at the bar/restaurant. The rooms have all mod cons; we had a room with it's own private plunge pool, which was great for cooling off after trekking around the temples. Grange has a fantastic vibe about it and we're looking forward to a repeat experience in the not too distant future.

I have just come back from experiencing a super holiday staying at the Grange. The staff and the General Manager Dom offered an excellent individual friendly service and I felt that all the staff were just excellent. Dom goes "the extra mile" to make your holiday so special, in fact I was supposed to stay for one week, however as I felt so comfortable and relaxed I remained there for the entirety of my 3 week holiday. This did not stop me from exploring Cambodia and I was able to visit the historical sites, visit the markets etc making use of their patient and English speaking Cambodian driver who was there at hand for every trip. I stayed in the family room which was very luxurious with its own private terrace and plunge pool. The hotel in itself is very clean with supplies of towels with a beautiful well kept swimming pool for lounging around and "cooling off". The food was outstanding which included vegetarian (often designed for your taste) and gluten free options with fresh juices and delicious fruit plates on offer. The staff are happy to organise the spa visits where the transportation there and back to said spa is free. All of which each massage and treatment is completed by experienced staff at amazingly low prices. The Grange is merely a 20 min walk or a 5 minute tuk tuk ride into Pub St so its close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. I have been informed that the owner has contributed to local charities including supporting and helping build a primary school and I noted that he "cares for his staff". I would like to thank Dom and all the wonderful staff especially Sofis (who brought the sunshine in his pocket every day), and Leehaw for all their incredible hospitality and helping to make me feel welcome and part of their community. Many thanks for a great holiday.

What a fantastic find Grange was, it was like stepping into your own little oasis! The hotel is just on the outskirts of town so Pub St area is a walkable distance or its easy to grab a tuk tuk and you're there in a few mins. The staff were always smiling and are happy to go out of their way to assist you with whatever you want. We booked temple tours and motobike hire at the front desk and they made it all so easy for us. 5pm happy hour at the bar is a bonus! A swim and few cocktails hit the spot most afternoons, the atmosphere is very chilled so it was nice to wind down after a hectic day. The restaurant had lots of snacks and meals, too many to list but my fav was definitely the fish and chips, so fresh and the batter was so crispy. We highly recommend Grange, we couldn't fault the place and we will definitely come back .
