First thing we found when we got to the room was a dirty towel in the bathroom. TV did not work, and even though the button on the tv did not turn it on, their response was let's change the batteries on the remote. Maintenance won't be there until morning. Terrible squealing in the heater. Toilet did not flush right. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed at.

Overall my stay was very good. Check in was super easy with the hilton app, I never even saw anyone who worked at the hotel. The door to my room i noticed right away didnt close all the way unless pushed really hard. The door inside that lead to the adjoining room was left unlocked which made me a little nervous upon entering, I locked it and no problem. Now for the bad part, it was loud, slamming doors all night long, probably because their doors wouldnt shut all the way either. Just bring ear plugs. The room was pretty clean, no major complaints, just really outdated and in need of some repairs.

Check in took an hour and a half. Too much money also. Bathtub is very slippery. Will not come back.

Lost our key & staff was very gracious & helpful. Interior is old & tired and needs a facelift, pool has been closed for several months, one of the elevators was out of order. Overpriced for the quality of the stay when comparing with friends who stayed at 2 new hotels in town.

Found boxers at the end of my bed under the sheets so my bed was not clean

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Kids were disappointed the pool was closed.

Convenient location. Rooms are dated but comfortable. Air conditioner too noisy. No sink drain plug.

Property was clean and quiet. Good breakfast every morning

Excellent hotel. Easy to get to with a fair amount of restaurant choices close by. Very quiet in my room and the bed was super comfortable
