全景飯店(Hotel Panorama)

I stayed with you overnight on Saturday 26th August. I have stayed before with you, around three years ago. The hotel has deteriorated quite a lot since my last visit. The lift glass is shattered, the pool area has tiles missing and the hotel looks worn and in need of redecoration. The carpet is worn and dirty. I stayed in a room on the first floor and later in the evening I realised the air conditioning in the room was broken/not working. It was one of the hottest days of the year in Croatia and it meant I had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant sleep. Waking up sweating and too hot. I also noticed that there was water underneath the air conditioning unit which meant the carpet was wet around it. In addition to this the hotel had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and a sewage smell mainly from the toilets. My room was not very clean, the pillow in the bedroom was yellow and smelt unpleasant. There were signs of wear on the walls, fixtures and fittings and it was in need of some repairs. The toilet seems to be constantly running and filling up which is very annoying. You can barely sit on the toilet due to space available next to the sink and it is hard to move around in the shower again due to lack of space. The spotlights next to the bed do not work on either side. I didn’t bother with the breakfast, when I did got down to the breakfast hall all I could see in the corner of the room there were cobwebs and it did not look clean. I do not plan to stay here again until the upgrades are made. In addition to all this, there was a wedding party on Saturday night by the pool and most of the time there was no presence on the hotel reception. Every time I went to make a complaint regarding the air conditioning there wasn’t anyone available for me to speak with. The hotel was full so I doubt I would have had the option to move rooms anyway.

Habitación pequeñísima con vistas al aparcamiento, sucia y sin mantenimiento, las toallas viejas y deshilachadas. No reponen el jabón de ducha y ni hacen las camas, se limitan a estirar la sabana de arriba. El baño no lo friega, pelo que se cae ahí se queda. Lejos de cualquier parte, al pié de una carretera. Lo único la vista del canal de Sibenik

Hôtel situé sur le bord d’une route très passante, construction semble récente, mais les chambres ont du vécu, assez grande, vu incroyable sur Sibenik, tapis au sol taché, drap taché, odeur d’égouts venant de la toilette, il faut fermer la porte absolument. Coffret inutilisable mais vite remplacé, frigo, minuscule télé avec aucune chaîne française, wifi surchargé après 20h30, inutilisable. Petit-déjeuner correct sans plus, à 9h certain fruit non ré-approvisionné, service lent. Nous aurions aimé utiliser la piscine mais aucun aménagement pour avoir de l’ombre dû au fait qu’il ventait beaucoup. Service très courtois, on nous donner notre chambre plus tôt que supposée. Il faut absolument une auto. Stationnement à Sibenik est très cher, mais la vieille ville se visite assez rapidement.

Een tussenstop gemaakt bij het uitzichtpunt naast het hotel. Daar was een openbaar toilet alleen dat was buiten gebruik. Mijn vrouw had hoge nood en is het hotel ingelopen en heeft aan de receptioniste gevraagd of ze even gebruik mocht maken van het toilet. Haar antwoord was kort en krachtig No, only for guests. De dame was erg onvriendelijk overigens. Slechte reclame voor dit hotel dat er overigens verder goed uitziet. Wij boeken hier bij een volgende vakantie toch maar niet.

For everyone visiting this hotel and having dinner here, be aware that it would take you, at least, an hour and a half for completing the dinner, even if there are only two or three tables to be served. I don't know why, but they are really slow at serving food for dinner. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel is good, the view on the sea and Sibenik is stunning however we (4 people, 2 rooms ) did not managed to sleep till 3AM due to the wedding party. I am not complaining about the party - everyone wants to celebrate this event - but is your fault to not have informed us in advance on this. We booked the hotel back in May, you had our emails and phone number and time to contact us. As discussed with the receptionist during the night it was agreed you should have reserved the hotel for such event and block any other booking. We were there with our relatives more than 80 years old to have a rest before returning to home and this did not happened. The only compensation we had is a ridiculous 30% discount just on the room fee. This is not acceptable from a 4 star hotel like you pretend to be.

I don't know where to start on the list of negatives... Let's make a list: - the internet was almost non existent - the bathroom smelled like sewage - staff seemed uninterested - at breakfast the tables where people already ate weren't laid again and all the dirty dishes still on there, so you had to clean your own table - the bathroom screen door hang of its hinges - the room was dated and the hallways smelled of cigarettes - no sound isolation to the hallway - the wall would actually tremble when another guest closed the door - the pull out sofa was not a sufficient bed and one of the matrasses of the twin bed was too sagged to sleep comfortable on. On the plus side... the view is nice! The breakfast buffet was fine and they do offer to make you a personal omelet. Also keep in mind that it's pretty far from Sibenik. Cab prices are alright. As you would have guessed by now, my advice would be to book somewhere else.

Bien pour faire une halte entre Zadar et Split. A quelques minutes du centre de Sibenik. Très belle vue depuis la chambre. Je m'attendais à une chambre 4 étoiles mais ce fut la déception. Mobilier vieillot, TV difficile d'utilisation, pas de wifi, parking réduit. Petit déjeuner correct.

El hotel se encuentra lejos de la ciudad y es imposible acceder a él si no es con transporte privado. Si vas en un circuito intenta evitarlo porque tendrás que coger un taxi y no podrás ir caminando a la ciudad. Por lo demás es tranquilo y las habitaciones están bien, con vistas a la piscina y con terraza.
