Easy access to the Condominium’s private grass beach with access to the Condominium’s private pontoon creates easy pick up for any of the local water activities. Car upgrade to a luxurious Jeep Compass, automatic, full insurance, is possible for a fee. *Other things to note* *If you are looking for a high end 5 Star-Luxury villa then please pick another home because our villa won't suit your needs. Some traffic noise it might be bothering you, if you’re a light sleeper. We would hate that you travel the world to end up in a house you don't like ! To provide good and thorough cleaning service we cannot always be flexible with the check in/out times.
