「Very poor customer service from the hospitality team, we stayed in premium room with balcony , which was a building at the end. And we booked to rooms one for myself and one for my parents. My mother can’t walk too much and I am having a 1year old daughter too. So whenever we request for buggy to go to the restaurant or the reception or the indoor game are , the staffs we ride and saying we will come in 5minutes but my mother waited for 30minutes , the next day for breakfast when we asked the staff he said it’s just a slight slope, so you can walk through these rear stairs, which felt me very disappointed and especially a brand like sterling should look into this and when I called reception for the hot water, they said they will send it but I didn’t get. So the next day we booked GRT Kodaika Al, which was really good and especially the team, because we are actually coming for an holiday with our family, and when the hospitality team ruins it, we never trust such hotel chain brands.」
