Bed was too tall for short peop.le. Had problem with TV, could turn it on but was not programed correct. I turned off TV last night and everything worked but when to turn on this morning the TV need reprograming so I turned it off and left

The lady at the front was really sweet to us. The only thing negative I will say about our stay was the odor of the room was pretty bad and it was really muggy. I got sick because of it. Other than that, it was an okay experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They can’t help that the hotel is run down and not well maintained.

Keep browsing The hotel staff was very friendly and the beds and sheets were clean and bug free. However, the room was in poor condition. Broken pictures hanging lopsided in the bathroom, mystery stains on walls/carpets/seating, broken door locks and handles, the carpet couldn’t be walked on with bare feet due to an uncomfortable sticky type sensation throughout. The pool, which is part of why I booked (for the kids to enjoy while we were visiting relatives) had so much free chlorine that my oldest daughters eyes burned for several hours after and she had mild chemical burns around her eyes. I never put my head under the water, but I can confirm having had water splashed directly in my eyes and the burning sensation was intense and prolonged. As someone who owned a pool for 4 years, this is a poorly chemically maintained pool at best and a health hazard at worst. So be aware of that. Otherwise the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast offered was ok. There were some aspects that were good and others that weren’t. The juices watered down too much while we were there and a lot of the offerrings were tasteless or on its way out the door. Overall, it was unsatisfying as none of it was good enough to really fill up on. Overall, it met some of my expectations from prior reviews, but was a bit worse off than I gathered from the reviews left by previous guests. I would not bring my family back due to the lack of cleanliness, ill kept/slightly hazardous pool, and disappointing breakfast

Pleasant staff My stay was good. The room was clean & lady at front desk was pleasant. The parking lot is well lit & breakfast was good. I’d stay here again if in the area.
