Room was ‘fine’ but there was a strong smell of vomit in the corridor on the first floor which wasn’t exactly welcoming! The TV has a lot of channels missing and the temperature controls for the room are erratic at best as the room was much too hot and every time we tried to cool it down it would heat up again immediately and you can’t open the windows which is annoying. The insistence that you can’t even check in until 3pm, never mind access the room led to a queue at 3pm which was a little tedious. It’s ok for one night but no longer.

We arrived at 3:30pm check in was very easy and quick, got to our room and the lighting wasn’t working, we went downstairs 4 times! They didn’t ring the maintenance guy as he hadn’t long left so the staff tried to fix themselves eventually being able to but it wasn’t fixed until 8:40 in the evening!! We wasn’t offered a different room due to them being fully booked, but the beds were very comfy and the room was very clean.

Bob was our front of house and he was just the best. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to be on hand to offer any help we needed. In fact he did well at anticipating our needs. There was nothing he wouldn't do to make our stay more comfortable. A perfect host!

Told on arrival restaurant would only be open for breakfast ! Floor creaked all over the hotel most annoying Net curtain fell down Room looked very tired Not great Prem Inn ! Avoid until they get a chef and refurb

Room wasn't available when trying to check in, given another room. Wouldn't say that room was ready either, dirty pillow case, big white stain on sofa bed, drinking glasses dirty. Resturant wasn't open

Good location for the town center, beach and theatre, always a great service at breakfast, staff excellent nothing to much trouble.
