「I had a comfortable stay here in terms of service and hospitality. The staff were courteous. As far as the facility is concerned the room walls looked old and missing the appeal to qualify it as a 5 star hotel. I could clearly smell wood whenever I walk in the room and the bath area is quite small and not tidy. The food tasted decent but the options in the buffet are quite limited compared to other 5 star hotels. I would not recommend picking this hotel if you are truly looking for the comforts of a 5 star」

「Yeah sure, the room was good, very safe and clean, but the water heaters were not working properly some of the rooms. And the outside sounds was disturbed some times in standard rooms that rooms not having sound proof. Tv is working not usable. Thank you.」

「The booking was done for Kings Bed and Breakfast for two. I was given a Queens Bed room and denied breakfast until I showed the booking confirmation from Trip. The room was an interconnected one that there was no study table and even a whisper could be heard. Someone was snoring away to glory on 17th night that we couldnt sleep properly, which prompted me for a change of room. They gave me 314 room no. which again was a queens bed. upon enquiry the hotel staff Benison told me that all their rooms are only Queens bed. I feel that Trip.com cheated me with false information. I plan to file a complaint with the consumer court seeking remedy. This is not done.」
