飯店整體感覺不錯，是個大型的飯店，房間內有小廚房，有電池爐，有微波爐，適合烹煮，但房間洗手台水很小，排水孔阻塞，房間沒有吹風機，叫了兩次才送過來，地毯有味道不好聞。

We stayed here for 2Nights and 3Days. The Ambience was very pleasant to stay . As we expected it was very clean and then the service were very good , The food they provided was very Tasty and good . Here nylon dress is mandatory for swimming, so we coludn't experience that. vessels are avaliable for cooking , if we take grocery items we can cook and eat. Swiggy & zomato orders also allowed. Overall we loved this Hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights wit family. Exterior all clean & nice. Rooms good but the apartment floor is so sticky & oily. Don’t feel like walking barefoot. The balcony was so dirty. U def need to wear slippers! Swimming area was clean. But it’s far for shopping like in T.nagar & airport. Need to travel which I hate.

Awesome hospitality

We had stayed here for almost 2 months for my mother's treatment at Apollo Hospital. Fantastic hotel in all respects ! We had looked at several properties for a long term stay and nothing came close to Citadines ! Rooms - Big and quite spacious. With a well equipped kitchen and all other necessities. All rooms have balconies. Very comfortable for a long stay. Housekeeping - Our housekeeping lady Sang was very sincere, efficient and hard working. Service- Impecabble service ! Special thanks to Sasi who was the star of the property ! Always smiling, he made our stay very comfortable. Another gem was Mr Kumar who efficiently arranged our free shuttle service very promptly. Restaurants - They have 2 restaurants. One multicusine and one north indian speciality. We specially liked the North Indian one. Overall a fantastic stay ! Highly recommended !!

I had a very pleasant stay of 15 days at Citadines OMR in Chennai. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, hotel staff is very friendly and I would like to specially appreciate Chandan who took care of the room maintenance and cleaning.

Nice lobby and good, spacious rooms. However service was very poor - wifi was too slow (see attached pic) to work and, despite multiple complaints and reminders, did not get fixed during my 2 day stay - had to use my mobile hotspot to get some work done! Also, seating in the breakfast area is very poorly organised - even though I went at 7.45am I was asked to sit in an adjoining side room next to the service passage... Food was also not great with rubbery chicken n sweet! pizzas!! Seems their focus is just on the long stay residents.
