Most fabulous place I have ever stayed. Very good service and ambiance. Definitely one among the best place to stay in chennai

Awesome hospitality

Klassisches modernes Stadt/Businesshotel mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diversen Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Das Hotel verfügt selbst über zwei gute Restaurants und bietet ein umfassendes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der Zimmerservice auf unserer Etage, Rafujula war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

We had stayed here for almost 2 months for my mother's trea**ent at Apollo Hospital. Fantastic hotel in all respects ! We had looked at several properties for a long term stay and nothing came close to Citadines ! Rooms - Big and quite spacious. With a well equipped kitchen and all other necessities. All rooms have balconies. Very comfortable for a long stay. Housekeeping - Our housekeeping lady Sang was very sincere, efficient and hard working. Service- Impecabble service ! Special thanks to Sasi who was the star of the property ! Always smiling, he made our stay very comfortable. Another gem was Mr Kumar who efficiently arranged our free shuttle service very promptly. Restaurants - They have 2 restaurants. One multicusine and one north indian speciality. We specially liked the North Indian one. Overall a fantastic stay ! Highly recommended !!

I had a very pleasant stay of 15 days at Citadines OMR in Chennai. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, hotel staff is very friendly and I would like to specially appreciate Chandan who took care of the room maintenance and cleaning.

Nice lobby and good, spacious rooms. However service was very poor - wifi was too slow (see attached pic) to work and, despite multiple complaints and reminders, did not get fixed during my 2 day stay - had to use my mobile hotspot to get some work done! Also, seating in the breakfast area is very poorly organised - even though I went at 7.45am I was asked to sit in an adjoining side room next to the service passage... Food was also not great with rubbery chicken n sweet! pizzas!! Seems their focus is just on the long stay residents.

Pre-paid for 6 nights. Had to check out in two days due to personal reasons for the sake of my 6 month old daughter. Requested refund with hotel. Request was rejected and the Resevations depar**ent was rude with the response. Clean and neat stay but wont recommend due to poor customer service.

Nice modern Apart hotel, stayed there for 3 nights, staff were friendly and ready to assist with all my requests. Internet was slow but other than that everything was great.

The Citadines is a good hotel with great staff and very comfortable. It was perfect for my one-night stay and I will certainly recommend it.
