The condition of the hotel is not the same as shown in the pictures on websites of online booking apps. I had a 2 day stay a the hotel Ganpati Palace, Shirdi and the it was the worst hotels, that i have stayed in at Shirdi or for that matter anywhere else. The washrooms are stinky and in horrible condition. Bed sheets have stains on them. Rooms have broken walls, Phone does not work so every time you need to travel in the lift down to the reception. Unprofessional behavior at the reception. The complementary drop to the SAI temple is also a eye wash. Out of 4 times we went to offer prayers at the temple, we could only use the ride once. Other times the person refused to go. Can you believe this?

The stay in The hotel was comfortable and pleasant. Really liked it. The key feature is restaurant's food quality.. simply superb and at Reception Mr Prashant helped a lot as and when require. As a suggestion, drinking water jug should be there in each room so one can refill it accordingly instead of buying mineral water every time.
