尼亞耶斯飯店(Niayesh Hotel)

We were back to Niayesh, this time staying at the boutique part of it (has hostel, hotel, boutique hotel), and we could not be more happy. We love Shiraz because of this hotel also, which is our home when visiting this incredible city. Great, big rooms, all you need available, great respect to local architecture, and beautiful verandas to unwind after a busy day at the bazaar and the mosques. This time we were lucky enough to even enjoy a spontaneous music and dance event by some Iranian guests. At breakfast don't miss the ash(es), the traditional breakfast of the locals (they are opposite to the open station, covered, and you may miss them).

Hotel has very interesting old architecture. It has also very good location, about 10 minutes walk from main military fort. Room was nice, breakfast unfortunately quite poor. Could be better. I was expecting something more and after 3 days eating the same I had enough.

ที่ตั้งใก้ลกับสถานีรถบัส ทางเข้า โรงแรมอยู่ตรงข้ามสถานีรถบัส เดินเข้ามา ประมาณ 100 เมตร โรงแรมอยู่ทางซ้ายมือ ตรงข้ามโรงแรม คล้ายกับมัสยิด .. พนักงานดูแลดี อาหารหลากหลาย ภายในตกแต่งแบบเปอร์เซียน ค่อนข้างเก่า แต่มีการปรับปรุง ห้องพักเป็นแบบ 4 คน ครอบครัวมีห้องน้ำเล็ก หลังคาต่ำมาก ทำให้ระบบระบายกลิ่นจึงไม่ดีนัก .. ในห้องปลักไฟ 2 จุด มีแอร์ และมีไดรเป่าผมให้ อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำ แปรงสีฟัน สบู่ มีผ้สเช็ดตัวให้

Отель в популярной в средней азии архитектуре "караван-сарай". Таких "двора с внутренним садом" у отеля сразу два. Сделаны очень аутентично. Цветные стекла в рамах, тапчаны, растения. Расположение отеля относительно в центре. Есть собственная парковка. Персонал приветливый, спасибо им. Мой номер на одного человека очень маленький, на 2м этаже. Лестница очень крутая и узкая забирался ползком. Чемодан мне подали на балкон. В номере кондиционер, сейф, телефон и ЭЛТ(!) телевизор. Проверять работает ли не стал. Сантехника в плохом состоянии. Но в целом номер чистый. Цветное окно очень красивое, но насколько оно помогает сохранить температуру в номере - большой вопрос. WiFi есть, но до моего номера не добивал, а где был работал плохо. В отеле отличные (по иранским меркам) завтраки, особенно яичница с помидорами.

this hotel has a management problem. the front desk, staffed by a 30-35 yr old lady and 50-60 yr old gentleman, has no training in receiving and helping the guests. they are grumpy, impatient and unapproachable. the only time de looked at us, was when each one separately urged us to exchange money with them. the lady was so bad tempered, that we didnt dare ask her the simplest quetions. we had no phone in our room and the only way to make a call was to use the landline phone at the front desk. we didnt dare, so we went to the adjacent hotels, Darbari and Sepehr, whose front desks cheerfully let us use their mobile phones. when we wanted to leave we asked the lady if she would buy a bus ticket for us and put it on the bill. a service that is provided by any hotel in iran. but no, she couldnt. she said we had to go to the busterminal and buy the tickets. we had to take a taxi to the bus terminal at the edge of town, buy the tickets and take a taxi back. it took us 3 hrs in extreme heat. one day there was a very loud and unpleasant argument between 3 lady guests and front desk staff. they wanted to see the manager, but nobdy would tell them who and where he was. bad experience, very bad.

Rooms are the perfect size for this kind of hotel. Yet Beds are the worst of their kind. Do not get fooled by the pictures you see here because you may receive very bad rooms at this hotel. another problem with the rooms of this hotel is that you can hear everything that's happening outside your room and others can hear you speaking in your room so forget about privacy. Another problem with this hotel is that it has a lot of buildings and you might have up to 10 minutes of walking on foot between the reception desk and your room. Also, the rooms are a bit dirty and the hygiene kit is not hygienic at all! Hotels Restaurant and the breakfast buffet are not recommended at all. They offer parking space but it is very limited and they can't manage the parking so do not rely on the parking. (Cars are parked in front of each other and in order to move one car one must move up to 10 cars!) The hotel staff are rude, and even though they never mentioned that we cannot exit our rooms after 12 pm or get back to our rooms any time after midnight (They even said that it is okay) they were reluctant to open the doors to our rooms. They were supposed to save our parking spot because we were out till midnight and couldn't wake up early to move the car but they were reluctant to give us our parking space too. Another problem with this hotel is that it is located in the worst part of town and you are in heavy traffic for up to 30 minutes to just get out of the said neighborhood. and it's not that close to vakil historical market and karmikhan arg. I Do not Recommend this Hotel.

Самый отвратительный отель за историю путешествия по Ирану. Грязно, завтраки скудные и не вкусные. Персонал грубый, и это ещё не всё. Самое плохое - персонал обманывает гостей - при выезде пытаются обсчитать при расчёте. Так, несмотря на указанный прайс на проживание, вывешенный на их же ресепции при выезде сославшись на то что я иностранец выставили совершенно другую стоимость, это отвратительно, и это ещё при учёте того, что при заселении стоимость мне была озвучена ровно та которая указана у них официально. При попытке проговорить этот момент весь персонал вдруг забыл английский язык. Это очень плохое заведение и они относительно за небольшую сумму обмана лишили себя репутации. Мной было направлено заявление в соответствующие инстанции для расследования этого инцидента.

The hotel is normal for 1-2 nights. A little dirty in the rooms, there were no towels and dental kits at check-in. Little lighting. At breakfast, the food is given out by the staff. Terrible coffee, very weak. But as a traditional complex of buildings it is very interesting. Narrow streets lead to the rooms. Fountains and colorful courtyards. The staff is very cheerful and speaks English - this is also a plus. Thank you for your smile😁
