Room was good but food quality & quantity was very much poor

Rooms were not clean high price

Our room had the most amazing views and was spacious and comfortable. We also had a small balcony. The lady at reception was very helpful. We arrived early off the train and they had a room ready for us within half an hour. Very much appreciated That is where the positives end. We chose to be out all day and when we got back a full part in the dining area. No mention of this to us. Very noisy. Second night the same and this time when the music stopped the noise continued. Breakfast was an insult. No Menus given and we were given 2 jam Sandwiches with a jug of sweet tea! After Complaining we had toast and coffee and omelette. The staff had no interest in us just the groups.

It was nice staying in aachman regency, first time there. We really enjoyed the view from our room and special thanks to chefs for amazing food especially aalu-pyaz prantha, and the guy who assisted us for room service. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Hope to visit again, some fine day

Totally pathetic!!! I specifically booked a luxury room with Balcony with valley view but the manager tried to dupe me by giving me a different room with no valley view let alone balcony. At first he lied and said they don't have any room with balcony but when i showed him booking details and everything included and after i threatened him with a complaint then finally he gave me the room with a non working TV and a fan that was totally broken and made noise like a drill when turned on!! Bathroom was dirty and flush wasn't working properly. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
