This the one of the best resort in india hands down. Everything about this place is just amazing. Food, hospitality, view, staff all and everything thing is just flat 5 star level. I loved my stay and i will come again in future for sure.

We were 9 adults and 5 infants, and we had a amanzing blast there, there whole faculty was at our service as we arrived, Mr deepak helped a lot with baby food, we had a memorable trip with ITC TAVLEEN. We will definitely visit again.

One of the finest in Chail and it's a must visit for those who are looking for peace and calmness. Lush greens view all the rooms overlooking the valley and cottages for those who want to stay with family in a room. They have a lot of activities for kids, amphitheatre, gaming zone, pool and chess, On top they have a 360 degree view place where u can ask for coffee. A special place for dinner in case of a special occasion. A must visit for anyone and everyone who wants to be away from hustle bustle and wants the best of the food and service.

We went for celebrating our friends birthday. Everything turned out exactly how we had expected. The staff was really very accommodating. All our needs were met and looked after with utmost care. To name a few people who made a difference were Pooja ji, Vijay ji . Thank you once again. Ms pooja went above and beyond to make our stay special. Beautiful rooms, amazing food and thoughtful touches throughout. Perfect for a peaceful, luxurious family getaway. Highly recommend!

Itc tavleen Chail ,Shimla, truly exceeded my expectations! The scenic views of the Himalayas from the property are breathtaking. The rooms are elegantly designed with modern amenities, and the staff is courteous and attentive. The food is delicious, with an excellent spread at the buffet. Highly recommend the local Himachali cuisine!
