泰地歐赫希米拉度假村及水療中心(Taj Theog Resort & Spa Shimla)

We really had a wonderful time at this Taj property. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It was also interesting to note that the Kids / activity section was providing much more options that what we see generally. My kid enjoyed his time with the PS4 as well as shooting and archery. Also, the views from the property are simply amazing

This was our 5th time here and it has always been a wonderful experience. I see new staff all the time while checking in but when I visit the spa and the restaurant they always recognise us. I would like to especially thank Mr. Bhandari the F&B ***ager here. He’s a wonderful and very helpful soul. This was the first time we were travelling with two toddlers and as new parents it was very important to take care of the kids meals. The hotel and Mr. Bhandari made sure we had it all sorted and got us whateywe wanted going out of the way to get meals as per our babies. A big thank you Bhandari Ji. Can’t even imagine on going to hills anywhere else till you are here.

Amazing location with fantastic hotel & staff service. We really liked the cozy temperature inside the hotel everywhere. Amazing food, fantastic view has made our visit a wonderful experience. Thanks to such courteous staff as well.

I and my wife, ***** with our 8 month old baby stayed here in may 2024 for 3 nights. All in all, I would not want to go back to the property for another stay Before I deep dive into a comparison of taj theog , Oberoi wildflower and Cecil Oberoi Below were the good parts of the visit 1. The property is located on a hill top so the views and the cool winds are amazing 2. We had come with our baby ( less than 1 year). The chef ( specially Jitendra) and the staff ( specially Neeraj) went out of their way to ensure our baby is well taken care of. The specially prepared baby food was amazing on all 3 days and they were always coming to say hi to us and take feedback and would try to prepare varying dishes to keep the baby happy and interested. This was the best part of the stay. We were blessed to have these folks. 3. The food was great. Both the restaurants there served great food. Cons 1. Apart from 3-4 excellent folks at the hotel ( chef Jitendra , Neeraj , Lalita , Anshul ) , most folks were very inexperienced. 2. After a point ( 12 hours into the visit) we realized most of the staff was not very experienced. Some of them were outright rude and it continued through our 4 day stay except for some pockets mentioned in the pros. 3. The hotel did not seem well staffed or maybe ***aged to handle a large crowd, at breakfasts or dinners or room service on weekends 4. The place did not have a feel of luxury that you expect from such places and price point. Comparison to Oberoi wildflower hall , Cecil oberoi 1. Wildflower hall has access to a forest a great nature trail. This place does not. Nothing except paid nature trail , which is free of cost at wildflower hall. Even Cecil Oberoi has access to nature trails , which they Will drop you and pick you up from , free of charge. 2. Both wildflower hall and Cecil are castles with a great heritage. Taj theog is not in the same category , nor should it try to compete 3. The hospitality and the quiet luxury at the Oberoi properties put them in a different league altogether. Taj Theog is fairly behind in the race.

I must say that taj THEOG adds a magical touch to our holidays.the stay was super magnificent and beyond our expectations.the staff members are so courteous.want to say thanks to Mr.Sachin Sharma at front desk very humble and polite person .always rest to help .room’s really well cleaning and with nice view .I mean I would always recommend taj properties if you want luxury and comfort at the same time .food is also very delicious.I really love the ambiance of THEOG junction bar simply amazing.also patiala room best for Indian food lover .

It was great stay at this great property everything was prefect from food, ambiance, Spa, pool, and ***y other activities … We really enjoyed our stay at Taj Theog the prefect weather was making the stay more cooler at this property we didn’t want to go back but we left the place to come back again soon till then all the best to the staff and ***agement of Taj Theog
