One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was horribly dirty and completely unhygienic. The food served was just as bad – definitely not safe to eat. On top of that, the staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.
There was no mobile network at all, and the WiFi wasn’t working either. When we asked for help, the hotel manager sarcastically told us to stand in front of the road if we wanted any signal! Absolutely ridiculous.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It’s not worth the money or the headache. Also, MakeMyTrip is equally responsible for this

Poor location, arrogant staff, dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets, dirty towel , poor quality food. My worst experience in this hotel, we checked out in 12 hours. They even don't serve proper breakfast. Wash basin does not have hot water. It is worst than homestay. Pls be alert before you check in

Best in shillong. But the lady manager is very cunning. Never hire hotel cab from them. They will charge you double. Other than than everything is fine. Internet here is having an issue as it connects and again gets disconnected.
