It Was not worthy of 100$ hotel .very small low amenities.its charge you 5 star rate but service you will get 2 star. I have to take my own bags in room. and provide products are not that standard.

Excellent stay. Rooms are well maintained. There were some issues on water supply but received immediate attention. Staff very courteous. Quality of food is excellent. Special thanks to Holyland at the restaurant for her responsiveness, attention to detail and warmth.

I went to my friend’s birthday party in banquet hall. the best service given by Banquet ***ager Alan Dewan, Neeraj, Livingstar, Raymon and Banrap. I really like the taste of food and the ambiance. The staff are very polite and helpful in every way.

Excellent Hospitality Due to the more positive reviews of Courtyard over Vivanta, made my booking at this hotel. Hotel is in a by-lane, close to the main bazar, in a peaceful area. The check in was quick and welcome drink was served. Excellent lobby and reception area. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. As we were on 6th Floor we had an excellent city & mountain view. The hotel has a swimming pool, spa, gym, recreation area and happening Tavern club (pub). Restaurant is spacious and comfortable. Huge spread of dinner, dessert and breakfast buffet. Food was good and with such a huge spread you will always find items suiting your taste buds. Excellent warm hospitality was the feather in the cap. Thanks to Mr James, Mr. Purshottam and the entire staff of Courtyard for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

Our stay in the Courtyard by Mariott, Shillong has been one of the most amazing experiences we have had. The amenities are too good, kid friendly too with the massive play area, temperature-controlled swimming pool, the buffet spread is awesome, hotel rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, service is prompt, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything about this hotel reeks of 5 Star; this is undoubtedly the Number 1 hotel in Shillong. We are very grateful to Dipika, Atish Kumar, Anamika and Emrilang for their warm hospitality and camaraderie and accommodating each need of ours. Thank you Mariott for making this trip so memorable.
