Wonderful couple of days. Hit the jackpot choosing Longbridge House. Tanya and Rob are very friendly and welcoming. Stayed in Bishop room, so beautiful, large and extremely comfy. Wonderfully decorated in a historic house. Breakfast was very tasty in large kitchen/breakfast room. Easy free parking. Would not hesitate to go again. Would highly recommend. We had a nice room with character. Very pleasant hosts and they made us feel welcome. The breakfast is good and I consider this would be a wonderful base for touring Somerset and Bath. There is a blue plaque out front confirming the Duke of Monmouth stayed in this building around the rebellion named after him. It's a pity the rebellion was crushed. Shepton Mallet Prison can be visited on foot from here.

This is a lovely old house furnished in keeping with the building. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable room. Very welcoming hosts and a lovely selection of breakfast items offered and beautifully cooked. There was a small refrigerator in the room with fresh milk provided daily - a wonderful change for those of us who hate uht milk. Will stay again.

Terrific B&B. A very warm welcome, lovely room, excellent breakfast around a shared table, lively conversation, historically resonant house. Altogether a very enjoyable stay. Thoroughly recommended. Many thanks.

Absolutely top notch B&B, Tania & Robert were the perfect hosts! Room was large & clean, the whole property was up to a very high standard, breakfast was amazing! Would stay there again without hesitation!

You definitely should pick this for a stay. We were here for 2 nights and very much want to come back. Tanya was waiting to greet us and show us round the house which was so atmospheric and had a warm inviting vibe. Tanya and Robert cooked us a huge fresh hot breakfast that was up there with 5 star standards. They're also a mine of information about the local area. We all found the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and spotless (the toweling dressing gowns were a nice touch). Plenty of choice for hot drinks in our rooms and large TV screens well positioned. Totally silent all night, and I had the windows open,
