萬世昌公寓（深圳北站店）

*English review is below. 性價比高。交通便利。附近有兩個購物中心，也有很多餐廳、快餐店、小吃店。酒店走五分鐘就到公交站，離高鐵站不遠。這家酒店在一樓有前台，但是右邊是酒店前台，左邊是便利店。一位員工一邊兒在前台接待，一邊兒在便利店收銀台買單，所以，辦理入住時可能需要等幾分鐘。 老闆很熱情，其他的服務員對我都很好。我預訂了一個地下室沒有窗户的房間。入住的時候，老闆推薦我一個有窗户的房間。我發現了她的推薦是對的。房間有陽台，可以把衣服掛在陽台上。雖然酒店外面有點兒吵鬧，可是我每天都睡得很好。 Great value for the money and excellent location. There are two shopping malls within walking distance and tons of restaurants, fast food restaurants, and food stalls are nearby. It takes about five minutes to the bus stop. It’s also convenient to get to Shenzhen North （high speed train station）. The front desk is on the first floor, but the right side of the counter is a hotel reception, and the left side of the counter is a convenience store cashier. It means that when a guest comes to the front desk, an employee does the receptionist, and when a convenience store customer comes, that person does the cashier job. So, you might wait for a few minutes in case they are busy. The manager is so kind and other employees are really helpful as well. Originally I booked a room with no windows on the basement. When I checked in, the manager recommended a room with a window on the upper floor. After I entered the room with a window, I realized she was right about her recommendation. The room has a balcony and I could hang the laundry on it. Although there’s a busy road outside the hotel, I could sleep well.

地理位置優越，交通便利，走路十分鐘就可以到達地鐵白石龍站，四站就能到達福田中心區，整體衞生條件良好。

給他打低分的唯一原因是服務，這次約好和朋友見面選擇出行在這裏入住，中午和朋友碰面之後吃了午飯逛了逛街，下午想着離得不遠剛好一塊過來歇下腳休息一會，準備小坐一會準備出門吃晚飯，結果回來之後前台的阿姨看着我和我朋友準備上樓居然喊人登記身份證，我解釋朋友並不入住，衹是歇下腳，但是依然被要求要登記身份證或是身份證的照片，這個時候這種要求我是覺得有點不可理喻的，況且誰出門和朋友見面還隨身攜帶身份證的，連我這個辦理了入住手續的客户在出門前都把身份證放入行李中了。朋友脾氣好，當場沒有多計較，事後也沒和我多提一嘴這破事，我本人現在想到這事都還有三分火氣，想到這破事都覺得膈應人。定之前還特意看了下其他人對你們家的評價，有看到你們的回評裏説你們家六成以上靠回頭客熟客關照，想着應該很穩妥，結果碰上你們這種服務態度，我看我確實沒有成為你們回頭客的福氣。 優點：房間乾淨整潔沒有異味，寢具和毛巾的清洗感覺也很徹底，床墊足夠舒適，初次預訂價格非常實惠，房間內還有渦輪洗衣器帶洗衣粉和衣架，陽台外面也安裝了晾衣桿，房間窗户的玻璃隔音效果也不錯，臨近街邊也沒有被車流乾擾到睡眠。 缺點：像房源展示圖展示的一樣，同價格的房間也都有不同户型，可能入住的房間就會是小户型的，設施擠在一塊顯得逼仄，房間內沒有桌子，行李的安置衹能丟進衣櫃，床頭兩邊沒有插座，距離床鋪最近的插座在電視下方，一米長的數據線甚至沒法在床上邊充電邊使用手機，有小冰箱但是沒感受到製冷效率，洗漱池邊上有三個插座，有點擔心用電安全隱患。
