This is our 7th and final night here. I am blown away by the service we have recieved. The staff are genuinely friendly, like literally every single person; the security, cleaning staff, front desk etc. The security guards at the main gate even smile and wave everytime we come in and out! (And a special mention to Zama at the front desk, she is a gem). Our rooms were cleaned everyday to an impeccable standard and we were very grateful for the porter service (and yes, the porters were even really friendly and polite).We only went to the resturant once during our stay but that too was fantastic. When you exit the grounds the main swimming beach entrance is right there and there are showers to wash off when you come back in. We have stayed at alot of different places with our holiday points and this has been the best service we have had. The atmosphere the staff create is great. I really feel like the management here care about the experience they give their guests. Thank you and keep up the good work! (P.s. don't miss out on the curry shop next door, it's worth it!)

Such friendly staff and an exceptional clean environment from the moment you step into reception to each and every employee that walks past you. Every unit is well maintained and everyone is so helpful. Loved my trip and would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone I meet.

the service given by the entire staff was Excellent service, Breakfast was a buffet and delicious, dinner menu was great and large portions

We loved that there were porters to assist with the luggage. The staff were so friendly and super helpful. The chalet was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Loved the clean bathrooms, comfy couch, bedding and pillows (which are important to me). Would have loved it even more if the pool was heated. Such a hidden gem that we didn't know existed, we will definitely be back!

Stay was very good close to the beaches and shops was very safe good security close to all restaurants and shops

I enjoyed my stay at the hotels, their staff are very respectfull and friendly, their foods is to die forbig ups to the chef. All thought we had some small issue, but it was later resolved.
