What can say everything was great wi-fi was solid enough to run YouTube TV off a firestick. They have satellite but II was just over prepared for March Madness. The HVAC worked great .the bbq grill was great full of propane Full kitchen with dishes forks and pots and pans Porch overlooking the lake Big dining table Beds were very comfortable. Owners and manager were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The docks are great. They have two with multiple boat slips and there is also a trailer parking on site. And if you coordinate ahead of time a boat ramp could be made available. Nice fish cleaning station and everywhere you go on the resort your just feet from a well maintained /serviced trash cans. I know that don’t sound like a big thing, but it is and you’ll appreciate it. The coffee maker was a regular filter (not cone) and they offered(at this time) prepped coffee packs for the machine as well as cream and sugar. Absolutely outstanding experience. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The boat dock is very close as well. Quiet and a perfect place to rest and recharge! Mike and Chris went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend staying with the Cottages at Fair Haven Cove!

Duane (spelling) was was very friendly and hospitable. Grounds were accommodating and welcoming. Awesome views of the lake. I will 100% be back. I loved hanging out at the docks, just an all around good place to hang! ********************

Extremely pleased with accommodations from reservations through weekend stay. Very clean with great amenities. Would highly recommend for families and friends. Will be looking forward to summer to take advantage of the pool and lake activities.

Cottage was very nice, just updated and very clean. Nice place to stay on the lake but not in the craziness of Branson. The host was very friendly. The checkin was supper easy. We will be staying there again. It was quiet and relaxing on the lake.

We camped at one of their RV Sites which was shaded, spacious and full hook up. Mike and Chris, the hosts, were over the top in accommodating our every need. We had full access to the pool during our stay as well. The resort was very peaceful and well kept. The owners are fantastic people even went out to eat with them one evening. We will ABSOLUTELY be back again!

Needed a place to stay on short notice and Mike and Chris came to the rescue. They were very accommodating. Dwayne even asked me how my stay was. Very attentive to their guests. The room was very clean and queen bed was comfortable. Close to Cape Fair, Branson West, and Reed Springs. Maple hill cafe and Flat Creek are great places to eat.

The Cottages were a great stay for my family and myself. Very casual. My parents live in nearby Branson so this is the perfect place for my family to stay close to the lake with a good amount of space for all of the kids. The little playground was a hit with the kiddos...as was the lake being so close! We will be back again ◡̈

We stayed in the Mulberry cottage. We asked for as few steps as possible, and Mulberry had only three steps. We had plenty of room, comfortable bed, couch, TV, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water for showers. We did not use any outdoor facilities or go to the lake. We are seniors and we’re visiting family in the area. Definitely would recommend the Fair Haven Cottages for visits to Cape Fair.
