馬爾薩爾水療度假村

Ubicato in posizione privilegiata. Gode probabilmente di un bellissimo panorama che noi non abbiamo visto perché tutto coperto dalla nebbia. La struttura è enorme e francamente non di buon gusto. Il personale alla reception parla inglese e tutti sono molto cortesi anche se avevo chiesto di abbassare il riscaldamento in bagno (troppo alto decisamente) e sistemare l'aspiratore che non funzionava ma nulla è stato risolto. La pulizia è impeccabile. Il bagno è veramente grande ma la doccia non particolarmente comoda e il design un po' vecchio (c'è il bidet, una bella sorpresa). La stanza è grande c'è tutto ciò che serve ma il mobilio è di scarsa qualità e non di gusto, L'ambiente non è caldo e accogliente (anche a causa di illuminazione fredda). Per raggiungere la spa/piscina va fatto un lungo percorso non comodo e non reso piacevole. La piscina necessita di manutenzione. Forse il panorama sarebbe piacevole dalle grandi vetrate ma è tutto appannato. La zona spa è separata per uomini e donne comunque molto basica. La sala colazione nello stile obsoleto dell'albergo ma spaziosa, luminosa e con grandi vetrate. Piacevole la lounge/veranda dove si può bere un drink e anche mangiare (peccato la scomodità delle sedute e il discomfort dato da corpi riscaldanti non ben posizionati). Basso il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The room space, cleanliness, staff were all Amazing. We had an amazing time. The laser tag was so much fun. The spa facilities they said requires 2-3 hours prior booking but when we reached 2-3 hours before spa closing there was no staff for any services. Could be since it was off season.

With a frontal view of the river and a quaint village of Kis(h), and with the backdrop of mountains behind, this resort ticks off all the boxes of hospitality as well. The stonework balconies outside each room overlook the views, yet offer privacy while 'sitting-out'. there was an amphitheatre space for outdoor events and an indoor conference hall as well. Well trained and pleasant staff were everywhere. the atmosphere was really that of being focused on offering a relaxed time there. There also seemed to be an enormous spa facility , and entertainment for adults and kids alike.- which we did not use. There was a large breakfast spread everyday, with tasty dishes - and live egg counters for eggs, perfectly adequate as long as one ordered an omelet - the staff did not speak enough english to make a pair of 'fried eggs sunny side up. {a shame considering}.
