非常好的酒店，位置好，離市中心主要景點步行即可到達；設施好，房間和衞生間面積都大，毛巾、香皂、洗髮水、吹風機、熨衣設備、熱水壺都有，佈局合理，乾淨舒適；工作人員熱情友好；早餐好，葷素搭配，健康美味。

位置絕佳，火車站出來路過公交總站，步行10分鐘就到，去市中心也就步行五六分鐘。標準的easyhotel，房間小的可憐，但乾淨整潔。預訂不順利，做的全額預付，酒店卻沒有收到款項，聯繫trips，還要再找供應商協調，耽誤了一個小時，以後還是官網預訂保險。

酒店服務態度不錯，房間乾淨可惜床單有血漬通知前台後已經即時更換。酒店浴室花灑水力不錯。酒店在市中心的偏遠地方但仍可接受只需十分鐘就可以到市中心及各大餐館及超水。酒店早餐不錯還可以自我DIY 格仔餅

In one word amazing,,nice and clean,,local buses tram available all day long,,caffe restaurant every thing is in one place ,,beautiful location friendly staff all together just was wow,,hotel cafe was good to love service Highly recommend

Visited Sheffield for a work event, beautiful hotel in a great location. The room had a great view of the Christmas markets and was very spacious, also a free spa facility for guests. Would stay here again.

這個酒店是我此次英國之行中服務最好，早餐最好，設施完備的酒店。最令我感動的是我把錢落在酒店中，工作人員竟然幫我找到並細心用塑料袋和文件袋裝好還給了我，讓我大大地感動了。給前台兩位美麗的女士紅包也不收，這讓我直接感動的稀里嘩啦。你知道，8日12日我在劍橋大學被偷走了護照和信用卡，對在英國繼續旅遊產生了恐懼，沒想到，謝菲爾德Novotel酒店給了異常的温暖。非常感謝前台的帥哥和兩位美女，以後我還要回到這個酒店

酒店位置不錯 距離車站溜達可以到達 但是要小心路上的流浪漢 謝菲爾德是我們唯一一個被流浪漢騷擾的地方 就在酒店和火車站路中間 當時也是夜裡9.50了 我們跟流浪漢打起來來了 流浪漢拿麪包扔我們 但是英國人真的挺好的 路過的黑人小哥看到流浪漢跟我們打架 他馬上過去罵流浪漢 讓我們能脱身

晚上6點多到酒店办入住，上到房間一看，房間空間很寬敞，洗手間一大空間，殘疾人士方便使用的那種！我們訂的標準大床房帶沙发，房間都不对！找酒店就一句話，你們訂的就是這種的！講來講去才實話實說，酒店滿房，我們訂的房型沒有了！不想幫處理，最後拉黑臉嚴肃要求才給換了一間，還是不是我們預訂的房型！還給塞在了樓层通道的盡頭！時間已晚，不得已也只有將就了！反饋携程客服，處理的速度是快，還打了我3次國際漫遊電話來溝通，可是結果也就這樣勉勉強強过去算了。 酒店周边生活設施配套很便利，中/西餐餐廳、商場、面包店、阿里山貢茶都有。

I have used Doubletree Hilton in USA and this is much the same, including the cookie. Hotel was pleasant enough for what it was. Comfortable bed and warm room. The shower wasn’t very hot but acceptable. Breakfast was good but I thought £15 per night for car park a bit steep. Being next to the Sheffield United football ground I could understand the need to ration parking but this wasn’t a match day and there is not much close to attract drivers who might use the parking available.

The Rutland Hotel is conveniently located near to the University of Sheffield. Single rooms are not the best however double room are quite nice having a traditional feeling. However both kind of rooms are newly decorated so the rooms and bathrooms are quite nice. The breakfast is good as they prepare made to order eggs, hash browns,mushrooms and tomatos. Overall I like it and will plan to stay again.
