Très bien situé, à proximité des services de bus, car et train. Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de l’hôtel, son calme et son personnel accueillant. Les lits sont super confortables et les lieux sont propres.

I had a great stay here. The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Free, ample parking was a real bonus. Connectivity to Meadowhall train and Supertram stops made getting around effortless, especially for the festival near the arena so the Travelodge was a very attractive base. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bar/breakfast area was bright, airy and inviting. I’ve found standards can be a bit inconsistent across Travelodges, but this visit couldn’t be faulted thanks to the excellent facilities and, above all, the fantastic team. I’d happily stay again.

We stayed here to attend an event at the Bowl. Upon arrival, we were shocked to enter what can only be described as a building site! No warning signs, no explanation from check in, dust everywhere, slippery floor! Thank god one of our group paid for early check in as there was nowhere to sit and when asked if we could have another room on early check in, the '£15' charge was offered lol! This should have been waived considering we had nowhere to sit and wait! There was no bar or cafe open so we couldn't even get a drink! We were not informed of the refurbishment or we would have changed hotel ( clever move! ) There was work tools, piping, wires all over the floor with no warning signs. None of your staff bothered to apologise or explain about what was going on, tell us any information we might need. Menus in the room so we thought we could still get food or drink but, no... everything closed. When we woke up in the morning, we were greeted with extremely loud banging and drilling at 8.30am. Disgusting considering we were never told this might happen. Absolute sh^t show! You could have been a great demonstration of how not to do customer service or health and safety. You are very lucky that you didn't get a health and safety visit or you'd have been fined hugely! Take note: Inform your customers of everything Ensure your workplace is SAFE for EVERYONE Waiver some perks or refund them if the place is massively unusable

Awful , staff extremely rude & unhelpful !! Didn’t realise in booking that there were ongoing renovations , only to be told well it’s on the website you should have looked !!! Asked due to ongoing works could we check in early (45mins) to be told no !! I said well there’s nowhere to wait told to walk into shopping mall xolained I had mobility issues and this wasn’t an option was told go sit in your car then wow really !!! Shocking customer service

Never again. The restaurant was closed and we only said we didn’t know but the manager knew better and said well it was on our website I even went on to book another room and I was given the option of paying in advance for breakfast again even though there was none available Other guests even commented if they knew they would not have booked either

A very pleasant Travelodge hotel, close to the M1. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a very good cooked breakfast, the usual choices and all well prepared, especially the lightly scrambled eggs.

We would highly recommend booking to stay as the staff were very friendly and welcoming both on arrival and they helped us at breakfast too as we were new to the hotel. They were great with us and we were very satisfied with our stay and the breakfast was very nice. Hotel was very clean too and our room was spacious and clean.
