Öncelikle otel çok güzel temizlik,deniz, havuzlar inanılmaz güzel. Denizde ger türlü balığı görüyorsunuz. Cocuklar için sıcak havuzları var. Temizlik konusunda çok fazla iyiler . Restoranlar yeterli bence yiyecek içecek bir şeyler buluyorsunuz. Restauranta çalışan Mohammed Ali , Ahmed Yahia , Ahmed Essam hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Özel olarak her gün bizimle ilgilendiler. Animosyon Ekibi mükemmel cok arkadaş canlısı bir ekip Ayrıca onlarada teşekkür ederim. Tabiki herşey dört dörtlük değil fakat aileniz ile gidebileceğiniz en güzel hotel bence. I have stayed in quite a lot of Novotels in various countries and this one was scraping the barrel despite its ”5 star” status. I was transferring from a different 5 star hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and the difference between the two in terms of service and quality was like night and day. After check in, I queried why I had been asked to pay on arrival despite having confirmation from Accor that I had prepaid for the room. I was promptly accused by a gentleman at the front desk of presenting fraudulent confirmation which had me incredibly upset. After about 10 minutes a manager finally came out to explain that despite the confirmation email, payment had not been taken which it would have been nice to be informed of prior to my arrival at the hotel. He offered a fruit basket as a form of an apology which never appeared in our rooms. The rooms at the hotel are in desperate need of updating and have clearly not undergone a deep clean in a long time after we found rubbish under the cushions in the seating area. The hotel drinks are terrible quality and served in the smallest cups imaginable. The selection of food is really quite small and the included ”juice” served with breakfast was watered down nonsense that tasted disgusting, clearly trying to get people to pay for the premium juice. Juice was available from the bars but these conveniently did not open until breakfast was finished. The children's activities seem very badly organised and the signage was inaccurate in some places as to what was happening when. The overall quality of the food was mediocre, with a few decent though not outstanding choices. The only reason I haven't given this hotel 1 star is because the crossing attendants to help you get from the Palm side to the beach side were very nice, and the hotel does have access to an excellent snorkelling area with a wide variety of marine life and easy access without a long jetty. As a member of the Accor loyalty scheme, I was entitled to late checkout if there was availability which the hotel seemed very hesitant to honour, and made sure that we were not going to make any further use of either meals or drinks by cutting off our bands. This was once again a far cry from our experience at the other hotel we stayed at, which was far more relaxed and open considering Sharm El Sheikh often has people leaving in the evenings. All in all I would not consider staying at this hotel again even if I was offered a fee to do so, and would suggest one of the many other fine establishments in the area.

我和我的妻子過去20年都去這家酒店,在大約40年前建造的,由希爾頓集團擁有和經營。5年前它被出售,現在由爵士集團經營。注意,我說爵士集團經營的不是他們所有的。爵士是代表不同所有者的管理公司。酒店的位置優越,有一個很大的海濱,離主中心不遠。工作人員是最友好的,最有幫助的一羣人,你可以想見見。特別提到開齋節,穆罕默德和早餐廚師(我從來沒有發現的名字),從餐廳和戴安娜從客戶服務。現在我們來到悲傷的地方。感覺自從接管酒店以來,新老闆根本沒投入任何資金,主門看起來不起作用,馬桶坐墊都脫落了,這兩個問題都很快整理好了。浴室的門沒有正確關閉,因爲油漆上40年的油漆。浴室的瓦片破裂,法國的門從來沒有正確關閉它需要大量的投資,而不是錢從它吸出來。作爲一個側面問題,酒店和沙姆沙伊赫本身的大多數客戶都是俄羅斯人。沙姆沙伊赫正在遭受過去的麻煩加上新冠病毒的影響。酒店和這個地方本身都需要做很多事情,很多更好,或者我擔心這個地方和在那裏工作的很棒的人。

因為最近的政治動亂，我們不確定去不去。但是我們收到了超棒的完全食宿提議。就像承諾的一樣。首先這和酒店位於有力的位置，在Nema灣。但是讓我們的旅途這麼棒的是酒店員工，特別是餐廳的員工。主廚會出來見客人並詢問注意和喜好。工作人員對客人很熱情留心。酒店提供了豐富的歌曲和舞蹈水中有氧操。我們都不需要出去：）

整體環境不錯，服務員也都比較熱情。但是確認訂單時一定要和下單平台或者酒店提前溝通好入住人數（包括小孩）等等。 酒店的含早午晚餐的餐廳食物種類較少，且味道比較一般，如果需要吃好一些的需要提前預訂海鮮餐廳 泰國餐廳 法國餐廳等等… 酒店晚上還會有show，不過和遊客互動的項目比較無趣，希望能找一些互動性比較強的遊戲或者表演，特別是要讓住客開心。 整體來說還不錯，不過還有提升空間，特別是食物這一部分～～～

很棒的假期,像多年來一樣,建築很棒,導演Magdy是個非常好人,總是有用!!今年還有瓦爾圖爾在意大利廚房裏!一個表演!!

White Hills Hotel 是一家優雅的飯店，提供多種便利設施，在一次大型活動期間接待了我，並接待了許多房客。因此，考慮到現場的熱鬧程度，我承認我的評估可能存在主觀性。遺憾的是，這家酒店在沙姆沙伊赫的背景下顯得相當普通，未能滿足我的先入為主的期望。 與較低階的機構相比，服務標準尤其落後。明顯缺乏秩序和組織，特別是在辦理入住和退房手續期間，這似乎因臨時容量挑戰而受到損害。 儘管有這些缺點，但值得稱讚的一點是許多工作人員的和藹可親、反應靈敏。他們以同理心解決我的擔憂的專業精神值得關注。 考慮再次入住懷特山酒店需要仔細考慮。觀察到的服務和組織方面的失誤可能與酒店當前容量限制的框架有關，敦促在條件更有利時重新考慮

First visit to Egypt and definetly not our last. Originally booked another hotel but changed to Xperience St George a week before we left from home. Kept wondering if we had done the right move but happy to say that we are so glad we did. Although the hotel is a little dated, most of the staff definetly made up for it. Our room was by the quiet pool and imme diatley in front of us was the bar. Very clean and different towel art everyday. As for the food, I am fussy but was pleasantly surprised that I found many things to eat each and every sitting. Other reviews stated that the alcohol was very poor so did bring vodka from duty free which remained unopened. The only downfall for us was the lack of night entertainment but with so many people going out at night to Old Town, Soho Square, and Namma Bay I can sort of understand why they down put much on. Due to the friendly staff we met we will definetly be returning to this hotel which is something we don't generally do. A massive shout out to our favourite staff Akram, Kierlos, Walid & Mohammed. Met some wonderful guests here too and hopefully will keep in touch. Also a big shout out to George which did my tattoo. I had a picture on my phone for over two years and had been putting it off until I followed George on the Xperience page. Determined that this was the right time, showed him what I wanted and was asked if he could tweak it slightly. Put myself in his hands and the end result was far better than I imagined. So good, I ended up with 4 other (names) which I am so pleased with. Once booking made he arranges a taxi to collect you and bring you back to hotel. If your thinking of booking this hotel don't hesitate.
