We have stayed for 20days from the day 1 housekeeping girl was asking when you are vacating and she was keep on asking every week. We felt awkward when she asks. Middle of the night around 2am a hotel staff knocking the door several times before we open the door with his access card he opens the door and entered and the family got scared and he asked us to that it is time for us to leave we said we are staying here for another 1week then he said he knocked the wrong room. The hotel is good and new, front office ( foud )and security was helpful.

The apartment is not worthy of a five-star rating. The apartment is old, and when I first entered, I was shocked by the bad smell that they concealed with air freshener and chemicals. We stayed for a week and they did not change the bed sheets. I asked them twice and they put one large towel in the bathroom so that it was not suitable for cleaning the floor.

Excellent hotel with excellent facilities, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist Roselle, she made our trip more interesting with her advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops & local restaurants. There is a mall within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Very great hotel! The staff were very hospitable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints. Very communicative & cooperative staff, especially the head of the reservation team- was very easy-going and understanding of all of mine and friends’ needs and it facilitated us accordingly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has either a long-stay or a short-stay visit. Also very comfortable for a group of girls. Pretty certain a family would be satisfied too.

One of the worst service one can get is in Luxe Grand 862274685 I had put my guest in Luxe Grand for one night stay on 20/9/22. Had to make 2 personal visits and 5 phone calls to get the reservation confirmation. Over phone even though the tariff given was including a early check in with extra charge and breakfast, my guest was not offered breakfast. One of the worst service one can get is in Luxe Grand. Though the rooms are good with such casual approach and very poor service of not honouring what is committed over phone, I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Incidentally I stay in the adjacent tower adjoining this hotel and hence thought of putting my guests here but will never ever put my guests in Luxe Grand as there are better hotels at lower tariff.
